Came to the WH in Austinberg on a cold, snowy night looking for a quick bite and got so much more. Not a fan of the typical "chain" style restaurants I expected a subpar meal and found that the place exceeded all my expectations. The service was EXCEPTIONAL - and the atmosphere was very light and entertaining. Ash and Em served up the food with flaire. Felt like we were part of the family. If you ever find yourself in the middle of nowhere Ohio - you MUST stop into the Waffle House. You wont be disappointed.... :)

Hated the night time experience at Austin burg waffle house! Went with some friends last night around 3 a.m. and the staff was very rude. One of the waitresses Nancy was literally standing behind the counter making faces and rude comments while my friend was changing the song on the juke box and talking to me. Ill never go again throughout the night!

Stopped to eat at Waffle House for the first time in yrs a few weeks ago our waitress Dee was ok the food was ok.not bad not great I rated two stars cuz the attitude n gossip between coworkers really bothered me. We came there to eat not to hear your work drama.. its unprofessional, childish n doesnt make for a friendly environment

1- I ask to substitute the meat to Hash brown, and what I hear back from manager that we cant do that .....when do this substitute all the time with other locations. 2- manager standed 2 steps away could have come over and explain rather speaking out loud to the waiter.

Verify friendly service and good food. According to Wikipedia, this is the northernmost Waffle House in the US. They need a plaque, if this is true, and WH has no plans for more to the east and north. Many times, I make a point to stop here on my way through.

The food was great. All of the staff greet you warmly. All the food is made to order and it comes to you very quickly. The bathroom was okay it wasnt bad but it wasnt great. Overall though it was pretty clean not a "greasy spoon."

The food is ok. The staff is very nice. It is like eating at a neighbors kitchen most of the people there are regulars. You are made to feel very much at home. Even if that is the first time that you are there.

My experience was great. Ambra my waitress her service was perfect. Betty whom I was greeted by has great customer service. You cant go wrong with either one of these ladies. The cook was also great.
