This place never gets my orders correct. I keep coming back because I enjoy Starbucks but this is getting ridiculous. Not only are my orders wrong but I get my order that is covered in coffee, sticky etc. I mention something and I get an apology. Even after stating this happens every time I visit. Ill more than likely take the 30minute drive to a different Starbucks. Worst Starbucks I have ever been too!

This was a typical Starbucks with delicious coffee. The workers were very patient and helpful to the older gentlemen in line ahead of me. I waited longer than usual for my coffee because it seemed they were more focused on getting through the drive thru line. Next time Ill order through the app or just drive through.

Service is poor, no milk out, no half and half out or Id empty. Tables are never wiped, coffee is sometimes bitter, service is slow even by Starbucks standard. Music is always loud and it makes conversations difficult.

Finally, a Starbucks near Alliance Ohio. I stop by for a flat white every time I visit family in Alliance. The drive through is well laid out, and the staff if friendly.
