Ive been there three times and each time has been a disappointment. No one Ive gone with has been greeted, ever, they hardly even acknowledge your existence. The prices for there food is too high for low quality/quantity. The service is pretty bad, its never been all that busy when Ive gone and yet Id still hardly see the servers. The thing that really ticked me off the most though, was the last time I went, I ordered a strawberry shortcake. I was given a few slices of pound cake with canned strawberries poured on top. I took a bite anyway since I was really hungry and ended up burning my tongue. Someone heated up the strawberries! Apparently, no one there knows what a strawberry shortcake is. Strawberry shortcake is whipped cream and strawberries in between a sweet biscuit with more whipped cream and strawberries on top. Thats it, its not supposed to be hot! I wonder if they microwave their other desserts for no reason. I will never go there again, what I was served was an insult to that classic dessert.

I got to Billiards twice a week for volleyball and have had awful service every single night. The servers behind the bar are incredibly rude. I have argued about my bill TWICE in the last 5 weeks going there - my friend had to also. I planned a party there a few months ago and had amazing service so I was very surprised by the treatment. I understand bad days - but not when its every server every week. I guess you have to pay thousands of dollars in order to be treated well. Ive read many other reviews on their poor service and Im surprised that its still an issue after the hundreds of complaints! On the other hand, when Ive gone inside for drinks (or other events) I have had Nina as a server and she is amazing. Everyone should model her behavior and service. Ive had her for two parties, and both parties of people loved her. Thanks Nina!

Love the new billiards and gastropub. I have been a member for over a year now and love the reward for membership. The beer and wine selection is one of the best I have ever seen and the staff is knowledgable on their selection. Service has always been excellant aside from on a few rare occassions. The food is above average and always a welcome treat to playing pool and having a couple beers. I would have to say the prices are a little high for alcohol and fair for food. However I find it worth it when I always get good pool ques, tables and balls. Plus I dont have to worry about my table being taken while I smoke a cigarette, or a table not being available when I want to play. Overall I probably should have given this place a 4 star but when I compare it to other establishments in F/M area it is one of my favorites.

My wife and I went to the Gastropub last night for date night. This was our first time in there and a first we were impressed. She ordered the Jamican Jerk Chicken Wrap with fries-at first she just thought it was a little too sweet until half way thru the first part it was starting to make her sick. She couldnt eat anymore. Instead of crediting her meal, they just credited a drink and when the waitress came over to tell us that is when my wife when running to that bathroom to throw up. Instead of saying sorry or I will go talk to my manger the waitress actually said let me know when she is ready to pay. Seriously-she goes running past you to go throw up and you want us to still pay. Rude customer service. Never going back there again.

The service here is almost laughably bad. My girlfriend and I play trivia here every week, and we play a game where we set a timer on my phone after we order our food and then try to guess how long it will take to arrive. You can expect to wait 35-45 minutes for your food to arrive, and you can expect a server to check on you maybe 2-3 times during a 2+ hour visit. The food isnt bad, but man oh man....the service. Ive honestly never experienced anything like it. And it wasnt just once or twice with one or two servers...its EVERY TIME. Its hard not to be almost begrudgingly impressed by their commitment to horrible service.

I simply cannot say enough good things about this establishment. The room is open and provides enough space so you dont feel cramped or create an atmosphere where you have to yell. The bar is awesome - great staff and layout. The Food, my gosh, the food! Everything on the menu has a fresh and quality taste. The pizzas are out of this world. Great for all ages and tastes. Steaks to burgers, you can get it all and feel like you just had a superior meal for a very reasonable price. The HUGE selection of Tap beers and imports also bring me back time and time again. Now all they need is a frequent visitor program.

When I was younger and Billiards was on Broadway I was pretty much a permanent fixture so to say the least I was excited to see how Billiards had progressed into awesomeness. I could not believe the service. Took for ever to get a drink and then longer to pay for the drink so I could enjoy it. I ordered the most amazing burger and fries and was not disappointed in the quality of the food. The pool tables and quality of cues are what I would expect at a high class establishment. Very clean inside and out. Bottom line. They were over staffed and super slow service.

Service is not good in the volleyball area. A friend got charged for drinks that were never ordered. When this was addressed to the wait staff it took 20 min to get a manager over to fix the issue. Went here one week and got a french dip and it took forever and cold. Went there again and cooks cant get a burger right. It was over cooked and the center was underdone and mushy. The pool hall and patio is the saving Grace of this place. Play pool and volleyball but make sure you eat somewhere else. make sure to order 2 drinks because you are lucky to get one.

Waitress told me I could order a drink"when you get your table", as I stood at the bar. Then, when we went to a table. I asked if I could order now. She said "Ill be right back" so, this is how service goes. And she checked twice how the charges at the table are and when we went to pay, it was not the same. I told the person at the front desk and she made no attempt to make it right. She made excuses for the waitress. Sadly, I would be reluctant to go here again because of service. One of our family members said "its like this all the time" somebody needs to know

Just had my wedding reception at the Fargo Billiards and Gastropub. The service was wonderful and the food was great! The location turned out to be a great hit. I rented out rooms indoors and the outdoor area. We ate indoors and had the party outdoors. The DJ set up outside and it was great. Since the out door area is fenced in all the guests with children could relax a bit and let the kids run and play in the sand and grass. There was an area for dancing as well as an area for people that would like to just visit. Could not have been better!
