If I could do a negative star I would! I went to this restaurant today for the first time. Service was poor and food for four of us all came out 10 minutes apart. Last order still had not come out when I bit down on a stink bug in my food. OMG!! I nearly threw up it was such a horrible taste. Of course I spit the bug into my napkin and took the bug back to the kitchen and showed the cook and the owner and all they said was "what dish was it in?" Really? The manager/owner nor anyone else said another word other than that! Not Im sorry, nothing! I ask for my money back and it was refunded for all of us although one order still had never been delivered. The cashier accommodated us on the refund but Im appalled that the owner hid out in the kitchen and said nothing to us. I wouldnt be writing this review if I had gotten some appropriate response from the owner. Now I know why the service is so terrible...it flows from the top down for sure. We will never go back to this place.

This is my go-to craft beer pub. While the craft beer selection isnt huge, they always carry the highest quality brews. They brew their own craft beers in their brewery behind the bar - try their beers before moving on to the guest beers. Hint - they have a small selection of craft beers in cans and bottles in a cooler. Take note of this on the chalkboard menu or ask about it. The pizzas are great and dont hesitate to customize your pie if nothing on the menu does it for you. Their sandwiches are also good - my favorite being the turkey sandwich. The pub is family friendly. I and others bring our families here for pizza. The kids love the food and ask to go back. Finally, they have free wi-fi. Just ask the bartender for the password. Non-smoking inside.

Came for the beer. Im a sours fan and the Neutrino was my favorite of the beers I tasted. You can get tasters or beer by the pint. It feels like the taps will be revolving often so best not to get married to any one particular beer here yet....until they get their feel for their "mainstays". While there we each had a slice of pizza (a huge slice!), served deep dish style with a nice doughy crust and ample cheese and toppings. p.s. - I dig their logo,, with its fantastical three headed beast!

I went in and asked the bar tender for a couple of good beers. When I settled up and the bill was $24 for two beers, yes $12 each that he recommended that tasted like rotted pickles and Lone Star quality pilsner. Their beer is caca and pizza is about the quality of Totinos. You would think as fist time locals that that they would want your future business. Instead, I got taken advantage of for a buck.

My first visit here was lackluster so I didnt return for almost a year. Last night my experience was better. The staff still have a condescending demeanor but the beer tasted better than last time. They had 2 new-looking sisal dartboards just sitting on the bar while two worn out cork boards hung on the wall. I love throwing darts so that influences which bars I go to.

Cool staff. Chill and open environment inside and a pretty covered patio outside. Great salads and thin crust pizzas. They brew their own beers, its always worth checking out. And their guest beers are always great quality and typically texas-made or else just super awesome. Add in a retail take beers home with you feature and this little brewpub has it all!

Love this place. The pizza is more European style, than US, and made with quality exotic ingredients. Kind of pricey (for pizza), but worth it. And the beer is all home/microbrew. i had one I hated (happens) and they said no problem, and took it off. Its kind of a dive, but thats the point. Worth the stop.

First time / Last time at Zio Carlo. 10 minutes to take out beer orders, I then asked for menus so we could get a pizza and didnt see a waiter for another 35 minutes. 4 Waiters on the floor, 15 patrons in the whole place and we left after 45 minutes of poor service and one beer each. I do not recommend

I really enjoy this place. The beers they brew on site are really interesting. I have a growler I bought from them and get it filled once or twice a month. Really nice and knowledgable folks behind the bar. Their pizza is pretty good as well. One of the best napoletana versions Ive had state-side.

Ive been to Zio Carlo a couple times and both have been great experiences. Absolutely love the pizza and as a craft beer enthusiast, I couldnt ask for a better beer menu. Great food, great variety of craft beers, fun atmosphere, fast service, fantastic staff.

I feel like this place needs to choose whether to be a soccer bar or a brewery. I would like it better either way, but the mixed environment wasnt working for me. It has a nice little outdoor space but I also didnt find the staff overly nice or helpful.

They have a great range of beers brewed in house, as well as some good guest beers on tap. Their brick oven pizza reminds me of growing up in Italy. They are Chelsea FC and Torino FC supporters though, so that loses a star.

We went here for lunch recently and really enjoyed our visit. Their food is really good and their beer is even better. My husband is ever the craft beer enthusiast so he had to buy a growler and bring some home with him.

Nice looking place, occasional live music on the patio, and low-key relaxing atmosphere on a Saturday night are the pluses. Downsides: they were sold out of about half their beers, and there arent any drinks under $5.

Excellent beers and a really nice atmosphere. Every Sunday, theres actually a church service here called Kyrie Pub Church. Thats usually what I come for. Be prepared, though, there are a lot of fans, but no AC.

I wish I could give it lower. The beer they made was way to high of an alcohol content that didnt blend well with the style. We dont dump beer out or leave it sitting on a table, but here all of us did.

Casual eclectic place. Good local beer. Pizza was excellent. Beer Cheese Dip was different. Pretzel chips & chilled cheese, was expecting it to be hot. Would go back. Try the beer they brew!

Fun atmosphere, friendly staff. Enjoyed our beers but the cheese and pretzel appetizer took forever to show up and was not at all impressive. Well try pizza next time we visit.

By far one of my favorite places in Fort Worth for great in house brewed craft beer and food. Great staff very knowledgeable on craft beer. Very good pint prices.

The pizza was paper thin crust so that when you pick up a piece everything on top slides off and greasy. Beer was OK. Oh, and the parking lot only has 5 spots.

Beer is good and fresh, food is tasty. Theres no table service so ordering and paying at the register can take a while. The atmosphere is very laid back.
