Ive never experienced worse service. I ordered a speciality roll and white tuna sashimi. The roll was tiny, and the sashimi was the worst Ive EVER had. The fish was veryyy bitter, I almost wanted to spit it out. Well I told the waitress and her manager told her that she wouldnt take it off my bill but I could have something else. I didnt want anything else because of the chance that it taste just as bad. I was in a 7 person party and when we got the bill I noticed gratuity was added and the menu says 8 or more. Well the others in my group didnt notice before she took their cards. I was paying with cash, so I asked her about it. She said yeah thats right when I repeated to her what the menu said about gratuity. I told her well were seven and asked her to take it off mine so she wouldnt have to redo everyones cards. Well my friend heard them say "well the reservation was for 8." Sooo she knew what she was doing when she added the gratuity to a bill that didnt need it. Well a different girl brought my change back asked who wanted it taken off and slung it on the table at me when I answered. The only reason she got a tip was because of the gratuity, our drinks were always empty, one of the orders was wrong, and she had to come back to the table to ask what we ordered to make our tickets. If I could give them no stars I would. I cant believe it was that horrible, not to mention we were celebrating a birthday which the dinner was obviously ruined after all that happened.

**Note: Ive only ever gotten their All-You-Can-Eat Sushi during Lunch.** Blue Asias all-you-can-eat sushi for lunch is pretty sweet. Sure, you dont get all the specialty rolls that are on their dinner menu, but who needs those few extra pieces of yellowtail, the extra roe or tempura flakes, anyway!?... Especially when you can just order two more regular rolls versus trying to finish one specialty roll? The all-you-can-eat sushi during lunch will cost you about $13 (with water and without tip). Not only can you get sushi, but you can also get appetizers (edamame, spring rolls, crab rangoon, scallops, miso soup, etc.). As far as service goes, service has always been good. If youre ordering a la carte for lunch, entrees will take about 15-20 minutes to come out, which is a bit longer than youd expect. If youre ordering the all-you-can-eat sushi, please plan to stay here a minimum of 1 hour to a maximum of 3 hours for lunch. However, heres the secret to staying within your 1 hour lunch period: Order everything you want up front (and I mean EVERYTHING). Itll take longer to get all the food initially, but itll save you time in the long run. You might seem like a pig, but youll show everyone who the real pig is when youre out the door and their chinny chin chins are on the palms of their hands still waiting for food! (Oh, and be sure to ask for your check right after you receive all your food (sometimes this can take long to process for some reason)).

I used to Blue Asia on a regular basis (once every month or so) over the last year/ year and a half. The last time I visited was about a month ago, and that will be the last time. A group of friends and I went, getting the all you can eat. One of my friends tried one of the new rolls, but it ended up taking his appetite away. The waitress was very nice and took the remaining pieces (he ate 2 pieces) away. The only thing he ate afterwards was a bowl of rice. He asked his check to be changed to what he ate, soup, dumplings, and the bowl of rice, but the manager refused to change it from the all-you-can-eat to the separate items he actually enjoyed. She accused us of sharing, which was not true. Although my friends got the all you can eat, I originally got the 3 rolls for $$, and she even gave me grief about that. I was recovering from strep throat and I ended up not being able to eat more than 2 rolls. I have no idea why we were treated so rudely by the manager, but it was enough to completely turn us off of Blue Asia. If you are in the area and want an all-you-can-eat sushi special, try Okami by the college.

This restaurant is horrible. My son wanted to change his food because it was nasty. And the manager said he would have to pay for that plus order something else and pay for it. That is ridiculous my first time here with a party and the other ones I was with never had that problem with exchanging their food if it was not of their liking. Also I asked the manager to show me where that said it on her policy. She told me she was telling me it so she couldnt prove to me where it said that. By me coming into town and getting the worst service ever this will be my first and last time coming here. I will tell the whole world about this place and all my family and friends. Never Again!!!!!! Terrible I tell you just terrible. You tell a kid that they cant get something else and the food he had was not good. I wish they had where you can give them a zero because they deserve the worst possible review they can get.

Did a call in order for a few people from work. When I arrived to pick up our order, I waited nearly 10 minutes before the hostess finally emerged. She wasnt particularly pleasant and after wasting my time for ten minutes, I decided I was not going to dip her despite almost always tipping 20% even on call in orders. Once she saw the $0 in the tip field, she became even more unpleasant only reaffirming my decision. Upon getting back to the office I discovered all entrees had been soaked in duck sauce because someone didnt put a lid on tight and set the sauce on its side. I reached out to the manager but was informed she was busy and not available to take my call. Well be placing our orders at a nice place down the road going forward. You cant be rude AND bad at your job.

Bad. Bad sushi. We got take out so where it seems many of the bad reviews could be attributed to service...... this was not the case for us. The food was super upsetting. My go to place Wasabis (aahhhhmazing, btw) was closed for the holiday coming up, and my husband picked out this place. Usually, we split sushi rolls in the middle, being sure we each get equal shares...... over half of each roll we ordered remained uneaten. The seaweed on my hand roll was chewy, spicy crab was bland, the fish did not have an appealing texture. My husband described the sushi as: bland, gross, smushy. Those who say they hate sushi mist have had something similar to the caliber found at Blue Asian. Go less than a minute away to Wasabi Sushi.

We had a retirement party here for 40 people. The service was AMAZING. Jessica, the manager, visited our table several times to ask if we were happy. They were quick to accommodate my request to move the tables around. The service was fantastic, I am sure we stressed our servers several times but you would never have guessed that from their actions. The told me when I made the reservation that they could not get 40 dinners out at the same time but would do it as quickly as they could so we expected this yet they apologized several times to the guests who were not served first. The food was excellent! It is not easy to make 40 people happy but they did!!!
