Mixed feelings regarding this establishment. Ive been visiting this TGI Fridays about once a month for many many years, and while the food is fantastic, there are a few issues. First of all, orders are frequently incorrect. More often than not, my "medium" steak comes out medium well, medium rare, and even rare (with blood oozing out of the veins!). A while back, I remember sending an undercooked steak back to the kitchen to be cooked. Ten minutes later, the steak came back, STILL undercooked, but this time, it was coated with a nice glaze to mask the cooking job. Secondly, the quality of the service varies. The waiters and waitresses are always very cordial and friendly, but, again, often get orders wrong, forget parts of a meal (such as a side of chips), and sometimes disappear half-way through the meal. Once, we waited for over an hour before a waiter even visited out table to take our drinks. Another time, we arrived at the restaurant to see no hostess to seat us. After a ten minute wait, the hostess came back, did not provide an explanation, and found us a table. It can also be VERY crowded, depending on the day and time of your visit. Be prepared to wait a while if going for a 6 PM dinner on a Friday. There are many coupons and rewards opportunities available, which is always great, but it becomes counterproductive when these coupons and gift cards screw up the bill. More often than not, there is an issue with the bill that requires us to wait an additional fifteen minutes for the manager to try to fix. All in all, its an okay restaurant. The steaks are amazing (however theyre cooked), and the Cup-Of-Dirt dessert is to die for!

Our family went to TGI Fridays for Fathers Day because its Dads favorite place to eat. But tonights dinner was a disappointment for a few members of our family, including Dad :(. We arrived at the restaurant in the early dinner hours, and to my surprise the place was not full of diners it being Fathers Day and all. We were seated quickly and drink orders were taken. We placed our orders and waited, and waited and waited. Theres only so much politics one can talk about before wanting to change the subject, but not knowing how to come up with a new topic. But to sum it up, the waitress came back to the table to verify that she had taken some of our orders correctly. Finally food began to arrive, but we were served at different times and some of our party were kept waiting for their dinner while others had almost finished their meal. At least three of us had to send their meal back because it was either not as ordered or looked and tasted as if it had been under a heat lamp for longer than it should. What really stuck in my crawl was that Dad, a patient and kind man, had to send his meal back twice. After he received his steak as he ordered it, they forgot to bring him the sides he ordered. The manager was notified by the waitress and he took off 25% off all of our meals (as I understand it). But that still didnt make up for the fact that by the time we ate, our appetites had been let down. As we left, two hours later the restaurant still seemed quite empty. Maybe others knew that this TGI Fridays was not the place to take Dad.

My boyfriend and I dined here for lunch. He gets an hour lunch break and we were there over an hour! When we were seated, we waited at least 5 minutes for a server to come and ask if we had a server yet (which we didnt) and she took our drink orders. Our server brought us drinks and took our app order which arrived promptly and then took our entree order. I ordered the JD Chicken Sandwich and my boyfriend ordered the petite sirloin. We waited for 30+ minutes before the manager came out to let us know that our server only entered in one of our entrees so we have another 15 minute wait. We waited more with the lady that originally helped us with drinks asking if we were waiting on something and we told her our entrees. When our food did come out, my boyfriends steak was way over cooked but he ate it as is because he was already late to get back to work. We did inform the manager who took my sandwich off the bill and $3.00 off of the steak. We hardly ever saw our server the whole time. We were very thirsty and only got 2 drinks. I am very disappointed and we wont be back (my boyfriend is a mechanic on the hendrick automotive team and they dine there regularly, but that probably will change now). The manager had hardly any teeth and terrible breath - it was very unappetizing!

I was disappointed by this Fridays, but I dont think its because of this location necessarily but rather the chain in general. I havent been to a Fridays in years because my last stop at a sister location was miserable. This time around, it wasnt much better. Food was mediocre at best. Cooked well, but the burger I had was no better than say a Five Guys at double the price. Appetizers were real good and I regret not spending my money here, granted I could also get these same apps from the grocery store. My rum punch was a bit under alcoholed and thats been a common theme across this chain. Seating was tight here as well...the 4 of us were crammed in this little table with barely any room to breathe. The biggest thing that is driving this review is the hefty size of the check we got. For the quality of the food and drink I wasnt expecting the exorbitant pricing that they charge for the food and this is again a common theme across the chain. The only thing that sparked me to add 2 stars is the exemplary service our waitress provided as she really went above and beyond to accommodate my family. Bottom line is that this will be my last visit to a Fridays as its clear to me the downhill spiral this chain is going towards is spread across the nation and not specific to location.

I would have to say my last visit was one of the best I have ever had! I come to TGIF every year on my birthday, a 28 year tradition. We where a large party but Thomas was up for the challenge! He never let our drinks get low, Our food was perfect! the kitchen was running a little behind but he got our kids food out do they would be happy and made sure we where informed on how much longer it would be. They kept our endless apps coming till our food came. SO THE BAD... I always enter my rewards points on every visit. Well I looked at my very large bill and did not see the code on it but I figured I could do it online like I have forever. But I was wrong I was told to call the store, which I did but after a 20 min hold was told they cant to anything call corp. They are a joke!!! I called about 5 times and then emailed and emailed and they even emailed me back to say thanks for your kind words! ummmm hello I needed help! After 3 weeks of me trying I have finally got my points and no real apology. The store I give a 5 the company a 1.
