Went in yesterday 3/11/17. The silverware was disgustingly dirty, there was actual food residue left over on the spoon. I waited for the gentleman making the food to ask for another spoon but he was taking too long. I wanted to eat my soup as quickly as possible since they were already closing. I left the spoon on the counter and proceeded to the cashier register. I asked the girl at the register if I can please have a plastic spoon. She blatingly said "NO!" with the most disgusting attitude. She then turned around and didnt even look at me and walked away. I am assuming the gentleman who approached me was the manager and informed me that the plastic ware is only given for take out. I informed him that I understand but being the fact that my silverware was really dirty I would prefer a plastic spoon. He apologized and quickly handed me a spoon. That girl should not be working fast food if she cant deal with customers. She had an attitude from the time we walked in as she was lazily slumping over her register rolling her eyes at us because it was late. I understand that everyone wanted to go home but being nasty to your customers is not the solution. In addition the French Onion soup was horrible. It was very salty and not warm enough. Lesson learned never go to Panera near closing time.

I go to a lot of Panera locations as I travel for work and try to eat healthy on the road. Place was fairly clean but the staff were all very unpleasant and unhappy. It wasnt even busy. Cashier didnt say anything when I walked up to order, and handed me my receipt and the # card that youre supposed to put on your table for them to bring your food to you. No one delivered my food as the # card said, I went up and got it. Another male employee was walking around pushing in chairs, but didnt bother taking my empty plate, bowl, and spoon. I didnt speak up at all about any of this while I was there, because this is an inexpensive chain restaurant and you cant expect top-notch service, but this location stands out as having the worst customer service compared to any other location Ive been to throughout New England, New York, or New Jersey. Employees who behave like they dont care about their work and act like this have no idea how much it actually gets noticed. Take some pride in what you do, even if its at a cafe.

This used to be a great location but it has been continuously going downhill for a while now. To start with they have apparently gotten rid of half the menu at this location. Secondly, on my recent visit they forgot to give me a number card. The person taking orders ran off as soon as he had taken my order so I had to wait around for about 5 minutes for him to come back so I could get a number. I then waited 20 minutes! to get served my food. When I finally got served my grilled cheese cold. I told teh server it was cold and he replied sorry and walked away. What kind of place serves someone cold food adn doesnt offer to remake it. I complained to the person behind the counter and still wasnt offered replacement food! If I wanted to wait 20 minutes I could go to nicer places and not have it served cold. Higher ups need to get decent employess in ther.

The twelve times Ive tried a mobile order for something simple, they have never once successfully had it ready to go when I arrived, and I would have to wait in line for them to go "oh!" and wait for them to assemble it. Their bagel selection is always barren by 9am on any given weekday, and you might as well not even try on Fridays. On three separate occasions, when getting an iced coffee, I will have noticed after having left the store that the coffee is either extremely weak or actually tea that was mislabeled in the wrong container. I just want an asiago bagel and an iced coffee every couple of weeks, and this location cant even provide the bare minimum. Im finally done going there.

These is my second time here, this is a great spot to come and have a coffee or eat soups, salads, sandwiches and snacks and read a book or use you laptop. I order the pick-2 combo I choose the Bacon Turkey Bravo and chicken noodle soup. The sandwich had a good taste, is one of their signature sandwiches and features smoked turkey breast, bacon, smoked Gouda, lettuce, tomatoes, and their signature dressing, on Tomato Basil bread. But the chicken noodle soup I had to return to the kitchen because it was cold. The staff took care of this one very quickly, by heating and apologizing for the mistake. after the soup taste very good, the portion was not bad.

The counterperson just dropped the apple that came with my take-out salad into my bag and I could hear it hit the counter. That just added to the bruises that were already on the apple, I discovered when I got home. No way should a customer be expected to eat something in that condition. The slices of dried apple that came in the salad included pieces of the stem and seeds. I have liked Panera elsewhere, but I wont go back to this one.

Arrived 10 minutes before breakfast ends. They were "out of eggs", and not serving breakfast. No apologies no courtesy. Service was poor coffees were empty. Ordered 2 bagels with cream cheese. I needed to remind them to give me the second bagel. The guy doing table service was nice. But Id recommend that he find a better place to work and you patronize that establishment instead. Dont waste your time coming here.

Inconsistent is the name of the game here. Its good, its bad, the service is great, the service stinks... I just picked up an order for a signature sandwich that looked like they used the turkey scraps off the floor, thrown on some bread tomato, lettuce, what appears to be bacon and probably the last of the mayo, and, sure, call it a Roasted Turkey and Avocado BLT. What I call it? Im never going back.

Place smelt weird...spoiled milk smell....was hungry so I ordered any way....asked for sandwich to be warmed....to go....sandwich was mushy and wet....instead of just warming bread and meat...they warmed toppings which consisted of veges....something that looked like cole slaw and apple chucks. Put this mixture on top of sandwich and heated it. I try to be open minded but this was a mess.

Paneras menu the past few years is better than its ever been. The management at this establishment has been pretty bad in the past, but theyve really improved in the past several months. Overall a great location. FYI this location does not currently have the self order tablets that many other Paneras now have, so at peak hours the line can get long.

We stopped going here. Service is now horrible and it started taking between 17 to 20 minutes to get our food after ordering on numerous occasions. We complained then to the new manager. We got great service that day and it faltered on our next visits. We now go elsewhere when in White Plains.

They put chicken in my vegetarian salad. This has happened before so I stood watching at the counter.(Last time, she just plucked the chicken out instead of making a fresh salad). She told me to go sit down. The food didnt come for 20 min because no one gave a number. Terrible experience.
