Didnt accept Voucher!! Burger was decent, wings too. Went there on a voucher from the internet. Refused to accept voucher. No prior notice. Let me know after the bill came. Ordered extra because of the voucher. Definetly wouldnt have gotten the worst Creamsicle ever! Brownie a la mode came out with no ice cream! Waitress somehow didnt notice until I finally found her almost ten minutes later. Waitress said chef told her theyre out of ice cream. Never again! BTW steak sandwich came on a hot dog bun... Really? A hot dog bun?, for steak? Really? Waited really Long time for waitress to come back, again, wasnt really crowded.

Other then the fact that the bartenders and staff are ridiculously rude and are straight from the Show "Jersey Shore" They tried to con our party by serving us knock off booze such as "Southern Host" for southern comfort prices. Also don’t even dream about a buy-back, I spent $75 and didnt even see a drop. All so they talk about their chance to win a happy hour like it something special yet everyone one of my friends that filled out the cards won. even when I called to book my happy hour the woman was very rude and unprofessional! basically this place fabulous if your 18 because that’s the clientele they are attracting!

For lack of a better description, douchey all around. Poor service. Poor food and drinks. Attracts the unattractive personalities one would want to steer far from. If paying for watered down knock off drinks and being harassed by guys with spray tans and baby blue velour track suits zipped open to show their shaved chests, then by all means, knock yourself out. How this place has stayed in business for so long is a mystery (then again, there was a show called Jersey Shore that had these kinds of people idolized, so maybe society is to blame for this).

Been here two times. Both times had burgers. First time I was type drunk, the burger was very good. Second time, I clearly remember ordering the burger very well done. It came back medium rare and there were black rocks in the meat, which I later found out were pieces of charcoal. The taste of the burger was just aight. Honestly, the flavor tastes like a hot dog. I do not know if this is because the meat was undercooked. Im a very non-picky eater. This probably would not be a nice date for girls

I did not have a good time at this bar and I will never go back I went here for karaoke night and there were people dressed very trashy outside of the place and spilling in and out of the door it was not a good class of people in the ad it showed people in collared shirts and the girls dressy but it was not that way at all when I got there I was very disappointed the karaoke DJ was the worst she was not only unfriendly but rude very rude I will never return

Black Bear is absolute trash. Its so cramped you can barely move, and if you do, by some miracle, make it passed the sweaty often vomit soaked crowd to the bar youll be sitting there for a while because of how understaffed this place is. There are much nicer bars to go to on Mamaroneck Ave. if youre looking for a good time. The crowd and service at both Hudson Bar and Grill and Brazen Fox are leagues better than this poorly managed train wreck of a bar.

Allison, our waitress was pleasant, congenial, and helpful. The food was excellent, and we had the privilage to speak to the chef, a C.I.A graduate who studied in France at the Cordon Blu school, as well as worked with some of the top chefs in Europe. The only reason I held back a star was the fries were too seasoned for me. (The place will have new owners and a new name in the future for those who have had bad experiences.)

bought a social living coupon to check out this place...If I was offered a free dinner, drinks included I would say No Thanks. The waitress we had was the best thing about this place, she was very nice and friendly.. The food was beyond bad... The only good thing was the pretzel bread...after that horrible!!!!

What I just ate had to be the worst bar food that I have ever eaten. the 13 dollar nachos were stale and horrible. The buffalo wings tasted like they were a week old and then microwaved. Maybe a good place to party, but if you are looking for some good bar food take out stay away. Just horrible

I came to this place for dinner and a great shake, but instead I get a burger that took about 45 minutes to wait. Worst of all they didnt even make me a shake. Apparently the person that makes shakes comes at a later time and no one in the whole restaurant can make a simple shake... Unbelievable

The BEST place in White Plains for GREAT FOOD and drinks! Their happy hour and events are great. The staff as well are all wonderful. I go here at least once a week and have always enjoyed myself. Whenever we have friends from out of town, we take them to BLACK BEAR SPORTS BAR!

Great spot to go to have fun with a bunch of friends. Music, dancing and good vibes. Happy hour special is great! Drink quality is a hit or miss. Felt kinda ripped off buying full size/price drinks because they didnt taste very good at all.

Changed their menu. Pretty much only serving burgers and appetizers now. No more weekly specials, like the BOGO burger night. Plus fries arent even included with the $11 burger. Not really worth coming here anymore. Food was fine
