My wife and I came to this location for the first time and had a frustrating time. First off, the cap to the Cholula hot sauce was loose and when I shook it, hot sauce came flying all over my face, and clothes. My wife had ordered a skillet dish which said it had certain ingredients and a biscuit. It came out with no biscuit and they put mushrooms in it which it did not say it will have on the menu. The server brought out our meals and did not bring out her pancakes. When I asked her if she could bring the pancakes and biscuit for her meal, she came back with just pancakes and said they dont have any biscuits. I asked her why she didnt mention that before we placed the order and she said she didnt know. That makes no sense because if something for a particular dish is out of stock, the kitchen would notify the server or management. anyway she tried to play it off like her sorry was okay and that the pancakes should make up for it which were part of the meal to begin with. I asked her to speak to her manager to figure out what they would like to do. She comes back and discounts $1 for the cost of a biscuit. Although that may be the cost of a biscuit, it was aggravating dealing with the lack of service and that did not suffice. This place is a joke. The management needs to learn how to deal with customers and fix problems.

I went here with my girlfriend at 2:15pm on 11/23/15. There were exactly 3 occupied tables, and it was very quiet. We were seated fast enough, but it took 15 minutes for the waiter to arrive, another 10 minutes to get coffee (I ordered a full pot, he brought 1/4 of one). Finally, our orders were taken and we then waited FORTY FIVE minutes. Still no food, no coffee refill, no waiter. He did not acknowledge us, give us any clue as to when we would get our food, or even a simple coffee refill, anything. So after being at an unoccupied short-order breakfast place for over an hour with nothing to show but an empty coffee cup, we got up, and left. Yes, we absolutely did. If your restaurant can be so disrespectful as to be run like such utter crap, I have no qualms about walking out after an hour of ZERO service. - Inattentive staff - Management nowhere to be found - Inefficient, even under empty conditions - Painfully slow ordering service This IHOP is absolutely horrible, do not waste your time as I did.

The food at this IHOP is below average, compared to other IHOPs. Yeah, we were surprised with the inconsistency in quality. The scrambled eggs were paper thin, instead of being fluffy. They had no volume at all. As if the cook was making an omelette and changed his mind half way. Service is painfully slow, especially when people who came after you get their food first. But the only thing I couldnt look past was the yucky orange juice. It was watery, and sugary, most likely high fructose corn syrup. Store bought cartoned orange juices have tasted better than what was served to us. It bland, watered down and tasted like a cheap box. One good thing .. they have a decent sized parking lot.

After visiting a handful of chain restaurants in the area on a cold Saturday night and finding out that they all had a 45-minute wait, we decided to try our luck at IHOP. Thankfully the restaurant was warm and mostly empty. We were promptly seated and, after perusing the menu for a few minutes, we were greeted by the waitress. She took our drink and food orders and our food was delivered in less than ten minutes. Everything was as we ordered. We all ordered breakfast and it hit the spot. The prices are reasonable when compared to other chains in the area.

I enjoy the food here but the service is terrible. Getting seated is pretty quick because theres hardly ever a crowd here, but Ive had to wait at least 10 minutes every time Ive come here before a server even came to our table. Even if were the only party in the restaurant, it takes forever for someone to come and take our orders. Youll have to actively be on the lookout for a server if you want refills but theyll somehow be Johnny on the spot when it comes to bringing your bill to your table.

Awesome experience they were booked the entire seating area was filled. We were on a 15 minutes wait list lobby was also filled with at least 50 people. We were called..then seated...waitress Grace came over n immediately took our order; filled drink orders and within 2 minutes returned with our drink order....within 5 minutes brought food hot, fresh, great presentation and most importantly delicious. Thanks Grace IHOP!!! Extremely satisfied!!!

Went here to have brunch with my girlfriend. They were somewhat busy (people waiting but a fair amount of empty tables for some reason). We stood by the front desk for five minutes while at least four or five waiters walked past and stared at us. Finally after the same guy kept looking at us and walking away we left. Bad service is one thing, this was just lazy and not wanting business.

The bacon and egg combos illustrate and describe 2 eggs with 4 pieces of bacon and hashbrowns. Both plates ordered only came with 2. This isnt the first time this has happened either. Dont be afraid to make a note of it when they come out. You WILL get more bacon on a plate. Otherwise good food.

Fast & great service. We got there & were seated in 5 minutes, our server Geraldine was very attentive even with the fact that she had several other tables to serve, we got our food in 5 minutes after ordering. Overall best IHOP Ive ever been to!!!

Goto IHOP all the time , never had a problem , this location Kina sucks the manager is no help , my order wasnt cooked all the way he said thats how it comes but I get the same plate at all ihops and its never like the one here goto Freeport !!!

I was greeted pleasantly by all the staff...not just the hostess! My server Tiffany was awesome. She was prompt, knowledgeable about the menu, and attentive without being over bearing. PERFECT!!! Keep up the good work! Definitely coming back.

Love the cheese sticks the cheesecake pancakes are the best nice Waitress pretty busy specially when the kids dont have school lol wish they have vegan options cuz I went there with my mom and she didnt eat anything

Terrible service, waited 30 minutes for a table of 6, then they told us they forgot about us, the table was ready 15 minutes ago...not enough wait staff, food was cold, maybe Dennys down the street next time!

Love coming here Sunday mornings. Fast service. Gets the order right! Always crowded but most we waited is about 15 minutes. They move them in and out quickly. One of the best run restaurants Ive been to.

Table for 1,been here for over 35 mins.For 2 eggs and toast.I try not to give bad reviews but this is unacceptable. 10mins to see a server.I serve nearby I would be embarrassed to say I worked here
