Food is good, cheap, and the only reason I go. 1 star is their "wait" staff. And I put this in quotations because they arent waiters at all. For the work they do, $3 per person is more than fair, but some staff dont seem to think so. They will push you out by dropping your check early. I promise you will NEVER EVER have to ask for the check here. And the worst part is that once your check is on the table they will constantly walk by staring at you until you pay, or worse, stand right near your table. They will shamelessly count the tips right in front of you and will give you dirty looks if you didnt give enough. Ive had a waiter literally stand right next to the table holding the check tray in front of us like a homeless person until we scrunched out every last loose dollar bill we had. I had to tell him a few times that I was sorry and I didnt have anything more to give before he finally left. At the time this happened I was like 15 years old so were the 2 people accompanying me. It was embarrassing and they are extremely unprofessional. If they were more professional, and more attentive - when its busy you might as well get your own refills from the soda machine - I would definitely consider tipping more than $10 for 3 people. Just recently a waitress once asked me why I didnt leave more. Another was so intent on rushing and pushing us out that she didnt hear me tell her I had more money in my car and Ill get it before getting upset and making a remark about the tip. From over 10 years ago and continuing to this day I can bring up countless stories of their extremely unprofessional service. The food and price point just keeps suckering me right back through their doors.

I was going there for years since it first open, They had an abundance of Crab Legs as soon as one tray finished they had replacement trays ready.....There was never a long line for Crab Legs. And everyone seemed happy. Now trays come out every half hour, I timed it my last time there which was last week on a Wed evening. Meat serving station , carvers are unfriendly and when you ask for some meat (Prime rib) they give you a small paper thin slice, when you ask for another piece they make believe they dont understand what your saying. Oyster and Clam bar once the oysters are gone it takes them forever to replace. I think that place has been remodel since it opened, Carpet is dirty, bathrooms should be condemned ! And staff needs a lesson how to treat guests to make them feel welcome. They recently raised the prices but thats how things are now. I gave it two stars and I hope the owner read this that they can try to repair whats not working. I am not a big fan of Chineese food, I mainly go there for the Seafood.

The food is good, and my favorite is the crab legs, and fried chicken. Sometimes I order a side of crab legs, If I do lunch, or on the go, n they taste better then the ones they sell buffet style. The fried chicken is to dye for. Idk what they do to their children, but its delicious. I know what you are thinking, Chinese ppl fried chicken, Yes indeed its good. My husband and I eat their frequently, and the staff treats us very nice and are attentive. The downside I would say is the prices could be better, and wish they were not so far, thats before I moved closer. Lol

Everythings frozen. Overpriced dinner. Literally 10 people 70 and older huddled around the crab legs spot like it was a bonfire and pretty much attacked each other for them once they came. Managed to get 2 lets the 3rd time they refilled it, no meat or flavor THEY WERENT EVEN GOOD. Dont waste your time here unless you come for the all you can eat sushi for the lunch price which is like $9. California rolls, tuna salmon shrimp sashimi.v

Good buffet. Saw something g yesterday new. A guy just standing at the buffet with an empty plate. He was there 6 or 7 minutes. Then they brought out a large trey of crab legs. He immediately piled his plate high with about half of them. Then others did the same. No more than 3 people took the entire hot table server full. Great staff, selfish guests. Everything we tried was very good. They will make sushi to order. Just ask.

China Buffet Food Is Good ,Desert ,Waiters Are Nice .Buffet Is Clean .The Only Thing Is That Everytime You Have To Wait Long For Crab Legs And They Only Bring Out A Little When There Are A Lot Of People Waiting A Long Time For Them Other People Do Not Get Any .The Buffet Should Bring 2 Pans Of Crabs .Waiters Are Very Hard Working And Very Friendly . I Always Perfer China Buffet Anytime Than Hibachi Grill

Some of the food is on the greasy side and depending on what time you get there, some of the food looks like its been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. I think if youre hungry and want to just pig out then this is a fine place. They have some things I havent seen before at a Chinese buffet like fried frogs legs. The sushi didnt look too appetizing but there were a lot of other things that did.

Came for a family experience which was great. The service is good, but in my view not outstanding. The food lay out was standard, a couple of mislabelled items, but not any that a trained eye would miss. Ambience us good, seating is good also.

It was my first time here after living 5 years around the corner. Overall i felt they had a large variety of things to choose from however the food was a bit cold especially the shrimps and some of the chicken/pork but the food itself was good.

Their Teriyaki Chicken Skewers was the best Ive had. Very large selection of food on the Buffet tables. Good selection of seafood. Im going to make sure I go there again when Im in Staten Island.

This place is good for Quick Service and good food. It gets very crowded on the weekends but the food is always good and the wait staff is fast it is a good price for your money

The food has gone down hill now whenever I go the food is just greasy and some of it is bland. Also not much of a variety. Wouldnt be my first recommendation for a place to eat.
