I just visited the Selden Starbucks location. I purchased 3 drinks. I pulled up to the window and after sitting there for 10 minutes a woman asked if I was waiting for a latte (which I wasn’t) so I said no and I was waiting for the fraps and the black tea lemonade, I explained how I wanted it because the kid at the window didn’t even mark it down and she made a drink and handed it to me. I pulled out and took a sip of the drink; it was not what I ordered so I pulled back in. I went to the window and told them it was not what I ordered, they got angry and were saying that it was what she made and that Starbucks had changed their lemonade (which I know was not true because I just drank it earlier that morning), she proceeded to argue with me and then she made it again. I tasted it and it was still not right. I explained this and she still proceeded to argue with me. Then the boy who was working said they ran out of lemonade 3 days prior and that they were using something else and showed me the container of country time lemonade. I then asked why they did not tell me this when I ordered it and why I had to pay $4 for something that wasn’t what I ordered, again I was argued with. Another woman who was not nice asked me if there was something else I wanted, I ordered a caramel macchiato even thou I didn’t want it, just didn’t want to argue anymore. They had the window open the entire time and they were talking about me like I didn’t have a reason to complain about this. She handed me the macchiato, which wasn’t right either, and slammed the drive thru window. I think it’s ridiculous and unprofessional that they argued with me when they were clearly wrong and not using a starbucks product, but using a store made powder lemonade and passing it off as starbucks changing a product. I love Starbucks, but this store is a HUGE problem...

Worst expierence ever! I went through drive through on thru drive and order a frappaccino and cheese danish she did give me my frappaccino but never gave me my cheese danish so I waited for her to give me it but she came back and asked if I needed something. I answered her yes I didnt get my cheese danish. She claims to her manager she did and later in the back "whispered" I guess she gets another one for free ... like I didnt get it in the first place again ... worst expierence ever because I was accused of getting a cheese danish for free while I didnt even get the first one in the first place .

In the past I was going here frequently to study late because they opened until midnight. However the last 2 days the internet has been down and plus they overcharged me on my coffee. In addition the customer service is lacking. When they overcharged me for my coffee I pointed it out to them and the cashier girl just sighed and just gave me back the difference. I felt that she was saying it was my fault for pointing out her mistake. No apology or any other redeem credit for HER mistake. Key Point: make sure you check your receipt! and the INTERNET does NOT work

The workers here are fast and friendly but the management hates its customers. The blonde manager actually one said they started closing at 11pm instead of their once normal 12am because she didnt want to baby sit college students who got too many refills. Not OK to say but especially not in front of customers.

I like going here. I mostly use the drive thru. Because I have no patience for going on line lol I like how they added almond milk and coconut milk to their coffee selections. Thats good for me because Im lactose intolerant. I just wish there was a safer way to exit the parking lot.

One of the larger Starbucks locations, even when busy you can usually find a seat. Baristas always seem friendly yet they never ask your name so if youre one of those folks who like to give odd/funny names when ordering your drink, this location wont be asking who you are.☺️

The only positive to this location is that it has a lot of space to get comfy, do work, etc. But service is terrible. SLOWEST. BARISTAS. EVER. Terrible parking options, too, even though there are a lot of spaces, it just isnt a pleasant experience.

Music too loud and annoying for a coffee place. Most people probably sit in a coffee shop to either talk with friends or work. Loud music with vocals is completely unnecessary. Try something instrumental instead.

I love the atmosphere and variety. Not just a coffee shop.. their presentation and prompt and friendly service. They always smile at starbucks!! Very well groomed establishment , and very clean (restrooms etc.)
