Grew up in Port Jeff and this is by far the best deli in the town. Any time I return home to visit I stop in for a double egg bacon and cheese in the morning. Lunch favorites include sausage parm, Italian hero, meatloaf, meatball parm, Bologna and liverwurst on rye....I could go on. Oh and Friday is seafood bisque day....dont miss it. Their New England clam chowder and French onions are also top notch.

My nasty breakfast sandwhich was covered in so much GREASY bacon it made it NOT enjoyable. One would think extra bacon that I had NOT ordered would normally be great. Not this time and when I called to tell the owner he just gave me a nasty answer. "WE make all of our sandwhiches this way"..kk..got it Mr. Nasty.

In my opinion they make the best Deli salads like Potato Salad, Macaroni Salad and Coleslaw. And they also make very good Sandwiches. Plus they have a variety of other very good foods. I have never gotten a bad meal from there. Ever! And Ive been going there for over 20 years.

Food leaves much to be desired for. Most of the salads are doused in mayo and the help is either rude or they have zero personality. A sandwich at 7/11 would be a far more enjoyable culinary experience.

Worst egg sandwich i have ever eaten .. 2 bites and went in the trash..sadly i have to put 1 star its not deserved ... i should of threw the cash out would of not messed my stomach up as much

Ive loved this place ever since I was in high school. Best breakfast sandwiches! Great service, sometimes friendly employees, great food! I would highly recommend Wunderbar to anyone.
