Terrific host with great sense of humor set the tone as I tripped entering the room and he said they had a camera for "funniest home movies". Not what you expect for such a restaurant and terrific. I dont like decor as too Victorian but who cares? Room is too small and quiet and we found ourselves talking "too loud" but who cares? Food is terrific. Service is great. Best restaurant in the area for sure. Expensive but not really when you compare to NYC best restaurants

Xaviars in Piermont is truly gourmet. It is intimate, romantic and aesthetically finished. The service is perfect and the food is to die for. I had an amazing halibut with couscous. My wife had a salmon which was amazing (and I normally will not eat salmon). The asparagus with crab meat tasted like desert and the desert tasted like heaven! It is worth every penny if you are dining with your sweetheart!!

Charming, intimate restaurant in Piermont with excellent food and service. White table cloths, crystal, flowers and chandeliers create a celebratory atmosphere, and there were many birthday and anniversary celebrations the night we were there.

Such an awesome experience! Atmosphere is wonderful and the food is equally as delicious. Currently under new management, but the manager and new owner are such a delight! 100 times better than before! I highly suggest checking Xaviers out!
