So disappointed.....We stopped in for lunch during our snowmobile ride. Place was packed, no tables left, so we managed bar seats. (4 of us) It took a good 20 minutes before we were asked if we needed drinks. We got our drinks then had to ask for menus as we wanted to eat. We ordered our food, and about a hour later we are seeing food going out to tables that came in 30-45 minutes after us. We asked what was going on? Then our food started to come out. First a hot dog. Then we had to wait another 20 minutes before we saw our appetizers. Then they came out with one of our burgers. Then the other 2 got there burgers and I still didnt have my appetizer. (buffalo tenders). So now the 3 got their burgers and appetizers and I still havent received any food. At this point I am steaming, and picking potato chips off my friends plates. I made a final request asking what was going on. It seemed like they kept avoiding, me. Well when I finally had it, they brought out my buffalo tenders. Mind you everyone else is done with their food. Then my burger came out. I was sitting at the bar and can see into the kitchen. Seems like they were understaffed because someone drinking a beer went into the kitchen to help. We watched her continuously wipe her hands on her jeans and touch food. She did not wear any gloves or attempt to keep her hands out of finished food. Only good thing is both were obviously just made since both were piping hot. Its too bad that they have no idea what is going on. Hire a waitress and someone that knows how to run a kitchen. I dont think I will stop here ever again after his experience. I guess being the only place around allows them to not care about customers. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!
