Thoroughly disappointed with my experience here. I liked it immediately when I walked in, the set up was nice and clean and the host seated up very quickly. Our server arrived with a huge smile and was very pleasant and asked for our beverages. We said our pleases and thank yous. However, when he came back with our waters, he set them down angrily and spilled the water. Then, he stepped back and just stared at us with a frown. I had to say that we were ready to order so he would finally help us. We continued to be polite but he refused to converse with us anymore, it was almost like we were not human to him. The food took a very long time to come out and when it finally did, the server placed it down very sloppily, knocking my phone out of my hand. My thank yous went unanswered. I was baffled, I have no idea what I did to make this server so angry. After we received our food, ate, and were nearing the end of our visit, he finally pays attention to us. He lays his hand on my shoulder and says,"How are my ladies doing?" First, Im not your lady. Second, do not touch me. Third, I am not going to tip you well after that fit you threw earlier. Of course I tipped, I suspect they pool their tips there and did not want everyone else to suffer his awful behavior. However, I did not tip the usual 25% I usually do because he was so rude to us. Other than the service, the food was quite boring. Im not sure if it was because I lost my appetite or what. The pasta was too salty and the pizza was cold and stale. Pretty disappointing.

We have been on holiday (vacation) in New York and have stayed on 81st street, this restaurant was just 1 block away and we remembered how good it was from a previous visit to New York in 2014 when we stayed on 79th street upper west side. On this vacation we visited UNO on a few occasions, were served a number of times by David who ran the bar. His work ethic is incredible, we chose to sit at the bar to eat on the last couple of visits as it was really entertaining and gratifying to see a person who is so good at his job. His demeanour is totally professional and his customer facing skills are excellent. We would hope UNO appreciate what an excellent employee they have working for them. We are from the UK and would really like to say we have people who have the same attitude to their role, unfortunately they are few and far between in the U.K.. We have enjoyed the food which is quite varied and the pitchers of Bud light are great value. The lobster roll is awesome, the sampler platter of ribs, sliders, wings etc is good the nachos are really good and the dough bites with cheese dip and salsa are to die for. Everything we had from the menu was really good. We hope to return to New York in the not too distant future and hope we will be able to visit many diners and restaurants and get a service that matches the one we have had at UNO, we will, of course, revisit UNO.

Great location near the Museum of Natural History makes Uno Chicago Grill a good spot for a quick lunch. Food was hot fresh. Service was very good considering they were extremely busy while we were there. Our server was an upbeat and pleasant young man who enjoyed a few laughs with us Food serving size was a little small but the quality ingredients and delicious flavors made every bite worth it.. We were able to have a good meal for three people splitting one of their Chicago style pizzas. If you are looking for A Taste of Chicago in the middle of the Big Apple this is a pleasant place to go.

This is by far one of the best pizza spots in the city, but it flys under the radar because there food selection is amazing. The portion sizes are made for N.F.L lineman. Just youre doggy bag alone is a bigger serving size than most places would even put on you plate. I went to five star restaurants that dont have a better wait staff then Unos. This is type of joint that you order something different everytime you come...the atmosphere is amazing, filled with cool jazz painting, lights that are made from saxophones, Elvis Presley stuff everywhere....I recommend the Nachos.

Bought a pizza-cooking class via Groupon for a "Just-because" date and it went flawlessly. NOW, the classes are ONLY at 8:00 am, I assume this is because they open after that and they need the seating space for customers. The staff was very nice and informative. They educated us on the whole process , on how to make a pizza. They also gifted a souvenir glass cup, bottle opener and you leave w their recipe mini booklet. It was a lot of fun learning techniques, the history behind UNOS, and making my own pizza. Definitely would do this again.

If I were from Italy, accustomed to having my butcher sell me fresh, carefully trimmed meats, homemade fresh mozzerella, sausages, ravioli, pasta and a variety of delectable prepared salads and hot dishes, as well as their own jarred tomato sauce, I would feel at home at Sorriso. Im not those things which may explain the sense of wonderment and appreciation I feel when I walk into Sorriso to shop. This store is the embodiment of old world quality, charm and customer service. Im so glad it is 5 short blocks from my house.

Tried unos Pizza for the first time; Chicago deep dish. I thought it was very well done. The dough didnt taste frozen, although it didnt taste home made so to speak. Dough seemed way too consistent to be made from scratch, fresh. Tomato sauce was pretty good despite chunks of tomato which I dont like and the cheese tasted like primarily mozz. Our server was not bubbly or happy but very professional and efficient and helpful. She made the experience better than the food. Although food was good too.

Un gran servicio para una familia que buscaba un sitio donde comer. Sheyla nos atendió excelentemente. Superó nuestras expectativas. La pasta muy buena y la pizza vegetal de las mejores que hemos comido en el mundo. Les animo a venir.

This restaurant has some really great pizza, just like they do it in Chicago, and I should know, since Im from the Windy City. Also, theyre got a wide variety of other menu items for the non-pizza people that are equally delectable, like the citrus bbq salmon. The service wasnt great, we had to wait quite a bit for our meals to arrive, but they were pretty good about refilling drinks. Theres a very friendly, authentic, Chicago-like atmosphere perfect for both the kids and adults.

Tipico restaurante norte americano. Nada de mais. Almocei ali porque é ao lado de uma loja de bike que era o meu foco. Também bem razoavel a loja. Ficam muito perto do Museu de Historia Natural que esse sim é um show.

Food was decent. Bar staff was good. They said a 30 min wait but took at least 60 mins. Hostess seated many others who came in after us. Not organized. Waiter was horrible and only interested in young ladies next to us. I dont even know his name. The waitress next to his tables helped us. Manager listened and made a positive impact. Could be a goldmine since family friendly and right next to museum.
