Very Rude , Bad Customer Service. We walked in at 9:50 (10 mins before closing) and the owner and staff were visibly annoyed we were there because they had just mopped. She then asked me and my girlfriend to stand at the enterance to order, because they didnt want us to dirty their floors. When she messed up my order and I asked for it to be corrected she rolled her eyes and sucked her teeth. At that point we walked out and went up the street to Baskin Robbins where they are open later and the prices are better anyway. It worked out for us, but we will Never Go to that Carvel Again.

Bit of a wait. Which was surprising for a cold Monday night. Prices are a little high. Service is fast. Ask for a sundae. Had to ask for the whipped cream. Didnt even bother at that point asking for the cherry. Limited seating so very difficult to enjoy there and no seating outside.

Slight language barrior. Husband is very lite on the ice cream and even goes to the extreme of limiting napkins. Very ironic for an ice cream shop. The wife is polite but that doesnt make up for the expensive prices and lack of friendless by the husband while being served
