After spending $25 on a delivery order of ice cream, one would think that Coldstone would be able to deliver it, well, cold. Instead, we received two large tubs of melted mush that had to be put straight in the freezer in hopes of saving it from the garbage. Coldstone, if you cant deliver edible, non-melted ice cream, you shouldnt have a delivery service. (Note: We are located literally 5 minutes away from the store by car, so the problem is not due to distance, only to poor service.) We will not be ordering again, and would ask that the store have more consideration for their paying customers when delivering expensive ice cream.

Cold Stone is still a good chain ice cream shop, but I wouldnt sit and eat here. This place literally smells. They attempt to mask it with Clorox, but its still very noticeable. The ice cream we ordered had a little bit of that icy, frost bite layer that happens when you leave your ice cream in the fridge for too long. Nevertheless, we devoured that Like It size scoop of French Vanilla like there was no tomorrow.

The staff is rude and dont really care about customers choice. For example: their biggest box of ice cream allows up to 7 toppings however, not all employees know about that. And such they try to charge you per topping. Even after educating them, they feel they know everything because they work their. And then they treat the customer as if the customer is needy or slick.

Delicious ice cream....but the slow service was AWFUL, I went on a date here and they gave my girlfriend her ice cream and made me wait 15 minutes for mine to be done...it ruined the "date" mood when we werent enjoying our meals together. Her ice cream was melting, I was so annoyed at the whole situation, It was very unprofessional.

Heard so much about the custom made Ice cream flavors was rather disappointed! spent $7 on ice cream and they just Picked my mint ice cream and chocolate chips together and served so much for custom made!! Had to throw after taking a spoon as was disgusting should have better had a $1 ice cream from mc donalds !! So a total waste

If you are craving ice-cream and want it delivered, just make sure you order 2 hours in advance. The delivery service is terrible and when it did arrive, I basically had ice-cream soup overflowing from the cup when I took the lid off. Id suggest not offering delivery if this is the kind of service provided. Never again!!!

This place is dirty and the ice cream is always melted. I asked for a like it with a couple of toppings and they gave a small amount compared to the amount of the ice cream given. Really disappointmented and expected more especially considering its locations. Last but not least, its super hot and uncomfortable to be in.

We like Coldstone Creamery a lot but this location smells AWFUL. The service from the female that worked 3:45pm Labor Day 9/4/17 was extremely disappointing she was rushing us and making sure we knew we were holding her up. Not the usual Coldstone Creamery service we are accustomed to.

Of course Cold Stone is undeniably great ice cream but terrible service can make even eating ice cream a drag. I live in Hoboken and the people that work there are rude. And the tables and floors are dirty on top of it being slow service . The caramel apples are made poorly as well.

Stopped in here at nephews request and its really gone down hill. Franchise owner clearly doesnt care about upkeep and cleanliness, it was gross. We were standing there for five minutes before anyone asked us if we need help. Truffles were 2.50 each and not good.

Great ice cream obviously because its Coldstone however I like this creamery because its quite and the service here is superb, Really fast service with satisfying results, its not crowded however on the weekends it all of the sudden does get crowded , 4.5 stars

Cheesecake ice cream - yum. Add to that some reeses, oreos, and a brownie - yummm. I love that they mix it all in front you. The woman attending us, however, forgot about me and my friend and left our ice cream melting on the counter until I said something.

Love Cold Stone! Who doesnt? This is a good spot on Washington Street when you want dessert, something cold, ice cream, and Ritas Water Ice wont do. I like to do my own combination of vanilla and kit kat or vanilla with apples and pound cake. So good.

Bought a Strawberry ice cream cake from them. The ice cream and cake were great, but the frozen strawberries on top were rather disgusting. The place seemed clean and they have a nice selection of goodies.

A little on the expensive side but really good. So much to choose from and unlimited combinations of ice cream and toppings. Something for everyone if you can afford it . . . its worth the try.
