Can get really crowded and the service is poor. Edit: After having eaten here over 5 times I can now change my review. They are no longer in the "new store" grace period. The excuse of being a fresh operation no longer applies. Bubbas has no excuse for why it is run terribly and why it takes forever for the food the come out. The store and staff is disorganized and inept. They need to shape up and fast. Their location will not keep them afloat forever. They are priced more expensively or equally to the other shops like bagels delox and take triple the amount of time to get food out. I dont know how it can take 15 minutes to make a bagel with cream cheese (when theres only 3 people in the store) and at the same time forget to toast the bagel even though it is written on the order. The foods taste leaves something to be desired as well. Sorry for the harsh remarks. But something at bubbas has to change before we eat there again.

The food is delicious customer service is amazing the place is beautiful. but if you dont want to lay out all the spreads and salads that you can put in to the bagels and baguettes you should at least put up a big sign with pictures or all of them so people can see it to decide what they want. as the thing goes people order with their eyes. And also I bought the Hawaiian salad its delicious but I can not get the idea of including a tiny little Fork/spoon thats so hard to use why cant you include a regular Fork and Spoon together with it it so expensive? Thank you

ommmggg..... Just bought an everything bagel with tuna on it...threw it back up immediately.... i dunno whats going on with that deli... The manager didnt even care when i complained... he sent me home... and the crazy thing is i used to work there... you would think he would have some decensy to serve his customer or should i say ex employees with good service and food... until i find out they are doing better business i will not return ..... Thank you for your time googlee.. enjoy their food because i know i didnt....

The best in bagels and appetizing in the NY area. I have been going to Bubbas for over 20 years and the food and service have always been fantastic. I have often stopped in for a dozen bagels, lox and other items before going out of town to visit family and friends. The owner Hal has been helpful at planning my family events and we never run out of food. I recommend Bubbas Bagels to everyone who wants a great bagel and all the other trimmings that go with it.

Not a fancy place, but they dont claim to be. Often crowded at mealtimes on weekends/holidays. The food, like everything else, isnt incredibly fancy, but its tasty and Id definitely recommend having them cater a breakfast event. Im not sure why a couple people have complained about the service, Ive been going there for years without ever having a problem with it. Patrick (a long time employee) is particularly friendly.

Nope....not worth it. Go anywhere else but here. My father stood waiting for 20 minutes for his half pound of fish to be cut only to then be told they are out of sabel....so we switched the order to half pound of lox, and they were out of lox - but then what was I eating on my bagel cream, cream cheese and lox sandwich? Bad for business on a Friday afternoon in Monsey.

Dont go there right now they are renovating their old place and the service at the current location sucks, I had to wait a long time to get my stuff, I asked for a toasted Bagel by the time I got it I didnt even know if it was toasted or not the bagel was cold. dont waste your time going there now

This worker was making me a sandwich. After he made it I asked him to put in some vegetables. He said "NO!" What type of business has customer service like this? Then I get to work, and start eating the sandwich. The egg salad is rotten!! who sells rotten food? Apparently Bubbas Bagels does.

Love Bubbas, going here for years, kinda. Ive gone to it many times over the course of many years would be more accurate. Regardless, awesome food, service is so so, but its not a restaurant, and your food is made well every time, and as far as a dank breakfast place, thats all I want.

Good food, staff and owner are very rude. Oppressive credit card minimum that they will not bypass even if you are a few cents short. avoid unless you have no other choice. cannot wait until another bagel store opens in Wesley Hills

Worst service in the Rockland area. Wait time is crazy. Shocked by the customer service, guy at register yells at customers and has no patience. Food is definitely not worth the aggravation and the disrespect.
