This Olive Garden is horrible they provide the worse customer service if you are of color. Went to this Olive Garden and was so excited to only find my experience horrible. Our waiter abandoned us, we ordered an appetizer which never came to us in time, when I got up and spoke to another waiter and asked him what is going on, no one had an answer. I had told him I had ordered an appetizer and he came back and said the appetizer was just sitting their in the back of the kitchen. We had came in before other customers but since the customers were white they were more important then us. A waiter never replaced the old waiter or anything! Will never come back here ever again this was the worse mistake. Felt like we werent even visible, we were treated like Casper the friendly ghost.

When we first got there our hosts had a very bad attitude and after we were seated it had been 15 minutes and no one came and take our drink orders or anything so I stopped a busboy and ask him if we can get some drinks to our table he then went and told the waiters and waitresses that we had been at the table for 15 minutes and nobody has even came to speak to us while there were two waiters in two waitresses in our section walk right past us for 15 minutes!! The waiter that came to wait on us after that did his best to make up for the inconvenience in which he did an amazing job on his behalf but that didnt change the poor customer service we experienced when we first arrived!!

Probably wont go here again.. First they take us to our table with only 1 chair. Im standing there awkwardly next to the table for 5 minutes waiting for them to bring me one lol..then my wifes silverware was dirty and so was mine. At least the waitress was nice enough to replace it with more silverware with old food chunks on it. Then the food was cold. Luckily we had a very nice waitress and she took the food back and brought out new. So Ill give them two stars just because our waitress was nice.. Do not recommend.

Arrived in a rush, late on a Sunday evening ( 8pm) After being seated we waited for what seemed like 15 minutes. No drinks or acknowledgement by wait staff. Approached waitress, who seemed bothered. She took our order. The waitress then handed off our table to the waiter that was suppose to serve us. Our salad came but they forgot our soup. Service was not good. Food was only average. If your passing through, it may be best to keep right on going to another place to eat..

This is the first olive garden that Ive been to nation wide that does not have ranch salad dressing. Also, some of the menu items are not prepared the same as they are in other olive gardens. Many times weve gone to olive garden simply for the salad and breadstick lunch because the ranch dressing is so good. We will not return for choosing not to carry something as simple as the same ranch that every other olive garden in the country carries.

Waitress was friendly, although she left us hanging for a long while. Food is fine; same you can expect at any other franchisee. Glad the waitress didnt make us use the tablet this time. I hate that tablet advertising games at our table, and Im concerned about it having a camera on it. Why would it need a camera?

The host wasnt very pleasant. He was kinda nasty and thought it was going to be a lousy dinner. But I was wrong. The waiter was phenomenal and I got a free dessert for pointing out a pricing flaw in one of their menus. Only regret was not catching his name and praising him on here. Great environment and food.

Went on a Sunday night and felt like they wanted rid of us. Salad and appetizers were served together and the meal arrived soon after so all food on the table at once. The stuffed mushrooms were cold and cheese congealed, ravioli was lukewarm. Felt like speed eating. Will not return.

Good solid place with nice options. Portions could be a little bigger, but unlimited soup salad and breadsticks mitigates this a bit. Neverending pasta promotion may be the greatest value in all the world when they have it. Zuppa Tuscana is hands down the best soup on the planet

I order the unlimited soup, salad & breadsticks 99% of the time I go. Its a very filling meal, the breadsticks are great & there are about 5 different soups to choose from. I highly recommend the zuppa Toscana. Family friendly restaurant with a great wine selection & a full bar

Service is decent but staff always seems overwhelmed. The only dressing they have is their house dressing, which I think is a bit ridiculous. If you ask for a salad without, its literally a bowl of lettuce with a few slivers of carrots.
