My local Dairy Queen in West Milford on Marshall Hill Rd is horrible and a great example of what customer service does not look like! The owners are awful and old and miserable with no customer service skills! Rude when they answer the phone, rude when given feedback and very defensive and dont want to learn how to be better, give families with kids attitudes when its free come day! I cant believe they are owners and its a great thing that a new ice cream shop opened in our town call fox island! This particular Dairy Queen puts the entire name down....no longer a customer! Seasonallu open. Same family owned franchise for 10+ years. Clean, simple, friendly. DQ isnt the best ice cream in the area, but this location is a consistent local staple who have given back to local teams and clubs. They are a solid choice when the more boutique places are not open for the season.

Although the restaurant is extremely small, it makes a wonderful end to a warm summer day to sit outside with your ice cream watching the sun set. Its also a very popular destination spot on Saturday afternoons during the Fall because the soccer fields are right across the road. Food is delicious.

Its normal DQ ice cream. The owner/operators are kinda mean and grumpy, they dont like kids very much. They hire nice local teens for summer work. The owners are known to be cheap, to yell at kids for having the door open, taking too many napkins, or tipping blizzards upside down.

I came here once several years ago and it was really bad the servings for the ice cream cones are tiny. I figured I would try it again today and its still just as bad the ice cream has no cream in it, tastes more like ice milk. Absolutely no flavor, Dont waste your money

Touches money and then the ice cream cone instead of the cover on the cone. I say something and she gives me an attitude. I dropped the icecream cone on the counter, the guy next to her tells me to never come back, I say wash your hands and he calls me a jacka$$..

This small, non food, all ice cream DQ is a great place to stop and cool off. Great place to sit outside and enjoy some people watching. Clean, well cared for establishment. I get ice cream from there often.
