I went to panera at around 9pm... The cashier who was very friendly took my order... I ordered a tuna salad sandwich with a modern greek salad with quinoa... Oh and a large green tea (I love the green tea) anyway im standing at the counter enjoy my tea waiting for my food and the person behind the counter yells anthony! So anthony gets up grabs his bag and dips... So im just standing there waiting for my dinner (Whistling-drinking my tea)... And everyone start leaving... Looking at me like were closing... Ummm excuse me?! Where is my food... Wellllll apparently anthony has my damn food... So the young lady behind the counter starts to remake my food... So im like thank you... I refill my tea and come back... My food is waiting on me... So fast forward 20 minutes and im sitting here in my living pulling out my sandwich and my bread is rock hard! Like damn near broke my tooth scrapped my gums and damn near popped my jaw out the socket to get some tuna... So I put it back in the bag and I pull my salad... I started eating it and it was good until I started biting into walnuts... Now I know for a fact modern greek salad with quinoa is supposed to have almonds not walnuts because then the taste will be of... So now its saturday night and the snow is falling and panera is closed and I paid $12.76 for dinner that is absolutely inedible and disgusting... Im so upset

Horrible. Horrible. I really loved Panera. But they have fallen off. I believe it is because of new staffing procedures and the lack of caring. I gave them one last shot and they blew it horribly. I ordered a chicken chipotle with avocado. One they ran out of avocado and try to pass it off instead of asking me if I wanted something different. Then it looked like chopped cat food on bread. I asked for something else and I was given attitude and told the sandwich wasnt horrible. Update: manager Jeff was awesome. I feel bad for him that the higher ups, just dont get it. Its not worth the tax breaks.

I really dont get the appeal of this brand. The place is way to expensive for what you are getting. yeah you may get the feeling that you are eating healthy but you can do better making your own soup and sapid for a 3rd of the cost. This location is a bit out of the way in the corner of the strip mall and there is plenty of free parking. The staff was nice and friendly but after eating I was still a bitt hungry and felt disappointed in the lack of value for my dollar.

I love Panera yet here there is lack of consistency. Service could excellent one day and another day there is no one paying attention to you between 4 people running behind the counter. Bathrooms: disaster - early in the morning filthy! Tables not cleaned. Told manager about it; nothing changed the next morning. My observation were made early mornings for a week when there was no traffic.

The staff falls under the extremes, either incredibly professional or totally rude with no customer service skills( no in between). Sunday manager or supervisor with the bifocal black hair can not get his crew under control. Rapid service must be ordered a minimum of 1 - 2 hour to get it on time. Panera as a company is great but this location doesnt hold the reputation up to standards.

Sometimes they overcook the food and mostly everything I go for a table its messy. I have to clean it myself and there slow. Panera Bread is a really nice place to chat and chew but this one makes the name look bad. The employees do a lot of playing and talking with one another while they should be working. Tables and cashiers MIA for some time now. Line long and its 10:30 am

The bathroom here is THE MOST DISGUSTING restroom I have ever seen in a food establishment. It is not temperature controlled and it smells like it has not been cleaned in years! I have no idea how Panera can allow this to happen. While the food is good and the staff is nice this just does not reflect well on the establishment.

Very fast service. The staff was helpful and patient with us. We had a party of about 15 and they didnt give us an attitude wien we took forever to place our orders. Majority of the people in our group was from out of town so ordering was a challenge since they didnt quite know the menu.

Clean spacious and speedy, friendly service. so many options for food and dessert esp. if you have a sweet tooth. By far one of the best places to relax and stop in for a quick bite our even entertain for a business meeting. Puts starbucks to shame.

I took my Girl Scout troop there and it was the most wonderful Experience!!! The manager Joe was wonderful. He and his staff were so nice. They really grabbed the girls attention and interacted great with them!

This place has delicious soups which was just what was needed on the cold, snowy days we had. Which we all know were we had alot of. Clean place and friendly people. The bread was warm and yummy.
