So disappointed with this deli. I am planning my daughters baptism and needed a caterer for the event. I spoke with Chris the catering manager who seemed very nice on the phone. I explained to him what food I wanted and all the details of what was to be done on that day. He was very helpful and said he would get back to me by the end of the week with a price so I can budget for my event and make sure I wanted to go with them. The end of the week came and I didnt get a phone call. So Monday I spoke with a worker who answered the phone and told me Chris was in the back busy and would call me back before closing. NO CALL. So I waited until Wednesday to call back and still no call. So wednesday I left another message for Chris who was off that day but was reassured by the woman who answered the call that he would call me back first thing Thursday. Thursday came and went NO CALL AGAIN!!!! So Friday I left another message for Chris who I was told was very busy to call me back asap so I can factor price in to my event. As you can imagine still no call all weekend or on Monday. So Wednesday I decided to call for the last time. This time I gave a different name, and wouldnt you know Chris who was never available answered the phone. This was the conversation.......Me: "Hi Chris this is #$%^^ I have been trying to reach you so I can get a price for my event." Chris:"Oh hold on let me go get your order, .......2 minutes later he gets on the phone and says "well it looks like all i have written down about your order is a bunch of chicken scratch" In my mind im thinking the following: (I gave you a detailed list of everything I wanted for that day and all you have written done is chicken scratch, wow im now so confident that my order on the day of my event is going to go so well) So I say to him Chris I need a price so I can budget for that day, he responds well im going to have to get back to you next week. OK CHRIS THAT HAS REALLY WORKED OUT FOR US IN THE PAST. I have left you several messages and you never call back. His response to that was well thats not my problem no one gave me the messages. So I told him if they couldnt get me a price by the end of the day I would have to go with someone else, and Chris said fine with an attitude and hung up on me. So I call back to speak with Lisa the owner and her response was well we never got your messages and we are sorry if this happened to you. No let me make it up to you, no please still use us, no nothing disrespect is how I took it. So my advice to anyone considering using them for catering...DONT. If they are to busy to give out a price or return a phone call then they must not be to good at creating the best event for you. I will never be a customer again and will be sure to pass this along to all I know who are customers of this deli.

Best one can tell this is "the smoke house" deli and ice cream. Inside looks like a typical deli with a few booths to sit in. Lots of outdoor seating under a large A-frame pavilion. You order inside, so no tipping required! Bonus. Lots of deli meats and hot food like BBQ and German wursts. We tried the Texas brisket, but it was so drenched in BBQ sauce that it could have been tofu. Brisket, if its good, should be eaten unadorned. This was a disappointment. I may come back and try something else. 68,000 soft ice cream flavors. The outdoor seats are typically full of little leaguers and fat people, but less crowded than the dairy barn.

It was my first time getting anything here. I ordered a Reuben thinking how could they go wrong... the sauerkraut and dressing really ruined the sandwich. It tasted like there was barbecue sauce in the mixture. It also was extremely greasy (excessively for a reuben in my opinion) and the bread was very soggy. I wasnt pleased with the prices for the quality of my sandwich nor my boyfriends either. It seemed like a lot of locals go here and we were excited to try it, however, I doubt we will be coming back.

I have been going to the "Smoke Haus" probably since before I was born. This place is fantastic, they make all their own deli meats, wursts (sausages), salads and they do catering. Everything here is amazing! Sandwiches, such as, Reubens, Black Russians, Texas BBQ beef, Italians, amazing turkey clubs. So many choices. They also have an ice cream corner with awesome ice-cream. Whether youre just grabbing lunch, an ice cream cone or having a party you need catered, this is the place to go!

A must try when dining locally. Many special events happen here. They cater any size event. They do a great job catering, staffing and planning from small family BBQ to large Corporate dining and Weddings, also Pig roasts. Specialty meat products are second to none and have family recipes you wont find anywhere else done with quality and care for many years. A personal favorite.

This isnt Jims Deli of Meats. Smokehause is one of the best all around delis in the Houston Valley, period. Their pigs are roasted in house, ingredients are always fresh, quality is consistent, service is friendly and prices are average. Community events like the Monday car meets are also great. Sure its not gourmet, but it is satisfying!

I always love my food from here. Although I really hate when I request no mayo or dont ask for pepper and they put them on anyway. Overall, I am a loyal customer of theirs for most of my life and intend to go there as long ad their sandwiches and fries stay as delicious as they are.

The East Fishkill Provisions, Smoke Haus is the best deli in the Hudson Valley! From the excellent service and fresh food! All their meats are made on the premises at the rt 52 site. Their friendly service and great food make this my favorite deli! I dont go anywhere else!

They make sandwiches that require a giant python mouth to get around. All the good German sausages plus my ultimate favorite home made one, but Im not sharing that name with anybody. Beyond delicious. Great foods, friendly people. A local standard for take out.

They have the best sandwiches and their BLTs are great. Monday night is their car cruise nights in the summer which is a lot of fun.
