The food is an absolute disgrace. It used to be good but they are too preoccupied with people that do not pay than those who do. So it was rushed. There were hairs in my food and there was no taste to the food to start. The outside bartender brings her dog which is a health violation. She doesnt wash her hands and handles glasses and ice. You can never get a drink from her and she gives attitude when you order anything. I personally will never return as a patron and will spread word of how disgusting it is at the outside bar and this bartender is ridiculous. A paying customer should not have to wait longer than 5 mins for a drink and be forced to go inside. Shes too busy talking to her friends and on her phone to pay attention to paying customers.

What a wonderful lunch! First of all, there are so many tempting choices it was hard to make my choice. The chicken soup was very flavorful and full of perfectly cooked chunks of chicken. The beet salad I had was satisfying, fresh and so tasty! The grilled chicken that topped the salad was moist and had a terrific grill to it. My friend had the fish and chips. It was a huge serving and the fish was so light and flaky. My dads skirt steak with mixed greens was also a hit. The bread pudding dessert I could eat every day! To top everything off was the wonderful service and relaxing views of the sound. Cant wait to go back!

Excellent! Chef DiMenna, well known for her outstanding cuisine at Page One in Glen Cove, NY., has begun a new venture with the opening of "The View Grill"", at Glen Cove Golf Course. I went today for "brunch", which is offered every day and had the bacon cheeseburger, which was flawless, and cooked perfectly. My wife had the eggs with hash and home fries. The hash was perfect, not saturated in butter, and the home fries, cooked with pepper and onion were light and flavorful. We had Samantha as a server who was very attentive even though she was busy with a packed house.

We had a party of 20. The service was great....Everyone chose from the menu and everyone was more than pleased with their choices. As usual, Chef DiMenna presented a variety of choices and executed them to perfection. There are choices for seating as well. One can elect to sit inside or out, but wherever one chooses, the views are incredibly beautiful. The tables were arranged for our party so that everyone could socialize with one another and enjoy the view as well.

Jeanine is an amazing cook and a wonderful person. We were lucky to have her caterring our wedding dinner for about 30 people. Everything was done with such care and profession. The tables were beautifully decorated, the service wonderful, and the FOOD absolutely delicious! We could not have hoped for better.

Beautiful location, no doubt! Service was Ok. Food was mediocre at best. We had a seafood bisque which was good, roast pork which was dry like a wooden plank and a brownie which tasted like from the supermarket. Not impressed.
