Ever since they re-opened, not one order of mine has been done right. Ive actually been given "burgers" that were just the bun, some lettuce and mayo (even after I specifically asked for no mayo) with no patty what so ever when I ordered the veggie burger (I guess they dont know they have veggie patties that make it a veggie burger?). When I asked repeatedly if they understood my order, they would say "Yes, we have it," and then completely mess up my order to the point it almost was if they just made up a different order to give me instead of what Ive wanted. Ive seen them hand someone a vanilla shake when said patron ordered a chocolate shake, and then the staff member had the nerve to tell them, "no, thats what you ordered" when corrected on their mistake. The staff have reeked of drugs and had bloodshot eyes when I went one evening (and the last time I will ever deal with that place). You dont have to be a rocket scientist to work here, but you also cant have the IQ of mud either, which it seems some of these people have. The sad thing is, when I was a teenager, I used to go here religiously. Now, it pains me to say that I highly recommend you stay very far away from this place

I visited this restaurant through the drive through this past week and received the wrong order. The food I was given was for a different car. This happened at approximately Midnight on Sunday. There were only three cars in the drive through line at the time and the dining room was closed, so it isnt as though they were inundated with customers. They couldnt possibly have even looked at the receipt on the bag because it would have been obvious that this wasnt my order. I didnt check the bag, which I should have, but you would think that they could manage to get a simple order with two sandwiches and one fry right. Ive been through their drive through on a few other occasions and while the orders were correct then, the wait was excessive every time. Compared to other Burger Kings they take at minimum 2-3 times as long.

I am very disappointed that I did not receive my extra long cheeseburger. I am appalled because my day passed and it consisted of the thought of consuming an extra long cheeseburger, and what was not included in my Order? An extra long cheeseburger. My day is ruined as I sit here in my home unucompanyed by my extra long cheeseburger. Tonight my heart will frown upon the absence of my extra long cheeseburger in which it was not given in my order as I had paid and requested for.

Exactly what you want from a fast food restaurant, clean, quick, friendly. This location is in a fairly convenient location. Food is what you expect. Staff is surprisingly great on the few occasions I have been here. One time I came for lunch, there was a child with some sort of disability trying to order, the staff was very patient and accommodating to the child while still being able to handle a long lunch line with out much delay.

Food is good. Service is exceptional. Any comments on their bathrooms, lines, seating or parking are from morons... stick to the things that employees control. Why hate on someones franchise because they deceided seating should be one way or their design on the lot. Reviews are to get a sense of the employees...

I see some they reopened everything had gone down the drain. The did is ok if you get what you asked for. Everyone I go they mess up my order and give me something COMPLETELY different than what i asked for. Its completely and utterly ridiculous. I think Ill stop going. Go to a different bk if u can.

Its Burger King. This one is reasonably well staffed, usually clean, and generally not crowded. Also has a drive-thru thats not a pain to get in and out of.

I just had the worst chicken sandwich ever. The new crispy chicken sandwich is horrible. Im upset I paid around $9.00 for the meal......never again.

Good BK. Lines seem to always move pretty quickly. Its also really nice that the drive thru is opened 24 hours. The late night crew is the best.
