The most horrible experience I ever had with Starbucks . First I draw in And the line was long .i had to wait for long time then I could not get anything because I had to preorder before . This is I understand but I did not see any sign where I can preorder .As a line was long I decided to park my car and just get a coffee inside the shoppe . Of course . When I got in nobody got attention. One girl were swiping the floor . Two other people were somewhat busy with drive in customers. I had to wait again . The place is horrible and all this people there have to be fired . So many people looking for a job and they can do it much better then those who was there . Management ! Please ! Get attention !!! You have to hire more enthusiastic people !!!

Was there twice this week. One day two employees were slammed at the counter & drive thru while the female manager came out while eating some food, grabbed something, and returned to the back room. I waited half an hour for an iced macchiato. Morning of July 5th: i just left, because its not open. Two employees are sitting outside on the curb waiting for the manager to get there to open up. Theyve been there since 4:15 a.m. its almost 7 a.m. now. Ridiculous. Employees seem great, and work hard. Whoever that female manager is needs to go!

Love the drive through! Theyre also good with app orders since I usually dont have to wait too long. I would defintely recommend the drive through over going in since the lines inside are usually slower. If you dont mind the wait for your drink, the ambience there is great. I like that the seating is spread out so its perfect for meetings and studying.

I have given this Starbucks more than 10 chances and they never get the drive thru orders correct. Not only that, the coffee never taste like the other Starbucks. I thought all the stores should taste similar. I am done with this one..will drive to queens to get my coffe even thlugh i live 10 mins from this one....yuck!

Horrible service!!!! Takes f hour to give multigrain bagel and butter. 5-6 baristas works here but still slow and they leave customers unattended. I want to complain to health department as well, I saw few times barista mopping floor using same gloves to server customers.

Love it, service is a little slow somtimes, because they have one person,making drinks. And green tea frapp hadd too much green tea, it was so dark it looked black and tasted way too strong

Typical Starbucks. Extremely limited parking. Understaffed so you may have to wait longer for your stuff since the "barista" was also handling the take out window.
