The order arrived before their stated timeframe, the delivery guy was nice, the chili was very good and included a pack of oyster crackers, and they even made a substitution for the blue cheese on my salad. Overall, the Uptown salad was good, except that they didnt include the chicken and the apples were so mushy I had to pick them out. I double checked my order history and saw that I did order the salad that cost more and listed chicken as being included (the cheaper salad specifically said "no chicken"), so Im not sure what happened. It was only $1 more for the salad with the chicken, but I was still a bit disappointed. I will likely order from Potbelly again, but I will make a note about the chicken so its not forgotten next time.

I must disagree with the other two reviews. I think Potbelly is definitely a step up from Subway. I have a pretty mature and discerning palette and was pretty impressed by the grilled chicken and cheddar sandwich I had on whole grain bread. Granted it was lunch time, and I was hungry, but I ate every crumb. Im not saying its the healthiest pace to eat, but it is DEFINITELY tastier than Subway. I went with three friends, two of them got salads. They commented that they were okay, but not really tossed, and after putting all the toppings on it, you might as well get a sandwich. The line was long but moved quickly and they are very lax when it comes to substitutions on the fly. I will definitely be returning for lunch soon.

Delicious sandwiches, freshly toasted, and great decor, right in the heart of downtown Brooklyn. I would also recommend you try their ice cream sandwiches in between their homemade cookies. That is some good stuff right there. Furthermore, this location has good locations in the store for outlets so you can enjoy this almost like a cafe, even though internet service isnt the best. Nice staff, nice location, and good food. See people socializing here all the time.

As far as Potbellys go, this one is pretty good. Its a popular lunch spot for people in the Metrotech business complex, so there can be a line. Service is generally pretty good though, so you never wait too long to get your order. Seating inside is always a little competitive, but theres usually plenty outside as well.

Fantastic Food. The Saturday of July 29. 2017 the Female workers were nothing but Courteous, Professional, and Very Very Respectful . Will be returning back to this Fabulous Place, many more Times.Its Cozy and the Sandwiches are Out of This World! Thank You Potbelly for your Terrific Sandwiches.

I dont eat the four legged animals, however I do eat tuna only solid white and Potbelly offers tge solid white which is why this is my go to place for lunch while at work. Oh and they have this awesome chocolate brownie cookie myself and coworker go crazy over!

Normally when I go to pot belly the portion where they make the bread go through the heater is open for people to see. Here I didnt find that. I had a "wreck" it was not that juicy as the usual. However, the staff was very courteous.

I was a little concerned walking in to no customers and only 1 visible employee. My fears were quickly alleviated. The turkey bacon flatbread was tremendous.
