Terrible experience, place is dirty, waitresses are rude, place is unsafe for kids, and the food is not worth the price. I went to el Mariachi plenty of times and ever since the management has changed so has the quality of the food. The waitresses have too many tables to serve, so the orders are mixed up, and then they forget to bring you your food to take home. Im very displeased with the new management and they lack professionalism. I have spent money here at this restaurant unfortunately hoping for change but it is becoming worse. Tonight was the last straw and I will never set a fooy in that place. Save your time and go to another place worthwhile. A really good restaurant to visit in that area is Medina, Georges, and Kumo.

I was disgusted by the service today, they took advantage of today being a holiday to not provide a variety of dishes. The food was terrible i ordered the chicken "milanesas" and it was cold, greasy and just nasty Im not mexican but boy I think I can make better milanesas. No matter how many waitresses they have they still were slow and unrespectful. Disappointed with todays experience.

Its my spot. I love their food and cheesecake. The prices are a bit steep. Each Friday they are packed. They have mariachis singing and playing music, they are dressed in traditional clothes and the restaurant is decorated nicely which gives off nice vibe.

I never rate anything but I just had to now. I ordered a dish and they gave me old bad shrimp and expired cheese. This is the third time and I just have a distaste to eat and order from here again. They also sent me old agua de Jamaica.

Its as if every corner u turn, "BAM", another Mexican restaurant in the neighborhood. All they want to do is cater to the yuppies & hipsters. God how these restaurants break their own peoples back for P-nuts. SMH...

Excellent food, reasonable prices. My wife and I shared a burrito/ enchilada/quesadilla combo, and a chicken millenase torta. We both enjoyed everything. Service was good too. Well definitely be back.

Love the cozy atmosphere inside. Food is authentic Mexican food and was so fresh down to the fresh limes! I had a steak burrito and ordered the nachos. So full and have leftovers.

Try the quesidillas, I like beef best. Great soups and nachos. Nice neighborhood restaurant. Quite during the week. Loud with the band on weekend nights but it is fun.

Great family Mexican restaurant where they never rush you out. Enjoy delicious Tinga de Pollo, Pernil, Roast Goat and Tamales. Mariachi band plays on Fridays.
