Wonderful and inviting place to eat. Amazing customer service only exceeded by the mouth watering menu. Great modern update of Sybils a family owned store that relocated and rebranded itself with a fresh new look and attitude. The menu explains what all of the tasty items are and there is a separate line for both hot prepared foods & baked goods. This is a rarity in NYC establishments and makes service speedy and efficient. Island Express is a 1st class place to dine!

What an experience! Walked in and what a difference between this Carribean spot and the rest here in Brooklyn. Between the welcoming staff, clean clean sitting area and two owners who were very involved and pleasant; Gina and Wayne, I was very pleased with my time here at Island Express. Would highly recommend !! AND they deliver !

There food is pretty good, They treat everyone like family even they customers. Very friendly and down to earth workers. Their food taste good. I recommend people there all the time. They have reasonable prices too. Dont have to go far for a good meal.
