Fast food at its best. Panda serves the typical fare in this urban restaurant. Chicken wings, fries, and rice, all cooked the Black way, and since Im black I should know. This Isnt the place To order noodle soups, congee, dumplings or even something as simple as garlic green beans. Panda is just what it is a neighborhood Chinese Restaurant whose offerings mirror the neighborhood, chicken wings, fries, fried rice, lo mein.

Well peep`s I am from San Francisco, Care. I live in Frisco Chinatown. I lived in the Balmoral Hotel. This crib is on Quiery Blvd. Also lived in the Financial Dist. I love the food their as well as ocean seafood. I own a 28ft. MONTEREY Commercial Boat docked in San Francisco. CHEERS, AUVOIR, ASTA LUEGO!! :-)

The delivery man wont come up and uses the excuse that he cant double park even if hes parked properly. If you dont tip them they threaten you. Watch out dont order.

Their Steamed Dumplings are literally the best and their Homemade Soy Sauce is literally the best one I ever tried. Definitely suggest trying it out.
