Weve (2 adults and 2 kids) have been to Mooyah in Briarcliff for the last time. Weve given it too many chances and they actually seem to be getting worse. Just came back from dinner there. There were some people in the back, but we were the only ones who ordered and they still screwed it up. Veggie burger was cold, my wifes salad came with no dressing and my avocado burger came with no avocado. Even the Diet-Coke fountain soda tasted weird. There were 5 or 6 people working there and 4 were on their phones. I had a conversation with the owner about 6 months ago to tell him about the problems. I didnt want anything then and I dont want anything now, but it seems as if my feedback fell on deaf ears.

The fries and shakes are excellent. That said, the staff could be better. The food prep staff seem confused and disorganized. Shakes are made when you place the order, way before food is ready. Fries werent ready when the burgers were. And if the owner or manger isnt there they act like ninth graders on a class field trip with no chaperon. Hopefully management steps it up a bit because its a nice alternative to the local offerings but the experience suffers due to the amateur employees.

Stopped in today for late lunch. Whole wheat buns are addicting. The cheeseburger was perfect; fries well seasoned and hot. Strawberry banana little moo topped it off. Arrived at table quickly. Only suggestions are free wi-fi, and selling regular and decaf coffee would be appreciated. I was at Starbucks yesterday and appreciated both greatly.

Meh, nothing to go crazy for. I feel like the food is under seasoned. Its a slightly more expensive than normal, slightly better than normal burger joint. Ive been twice, no rush to go back.

Best place and only place in town. Staff was amazing as it was so busy they were still very attentive to all our needs. The manager was on top of everything and the cashier was great.

Plenty good. Exactly like Five Guys. If you like Five Guys, this place will do. Staff was exceptional. Good was good. Buns are bigger than the burgers by a wide margin.

Undeniably the best not-so-fast food in town. If you are need food on-the-go but can wait 5 minutes, you wont be disappointed for their cook-on-order style.
