I went there for lunch, was able to order a classic sausage&eggs. Came out fast, was pretty good. The waiter was an older husky black guy, forgot his name, but he was great and genuinely friendly to everyone. The water actually tasted ok, still felt like tap but was drinkable. Prices were also decent. I didnt like sitting next to the bathroom, its kind of disturbing and distracting to be honest, I also didnt like seeing the utensils served heavily exposed (Napkin wrap with utensil heads in open air). Flu season is coming up, someone like me who hates getting sick would like to see better care of utensils Im also not happy with no calorie counts listed on the menu, I had very little to order from due to this, there is no reason not to make the investment for those. I skipped this place majority of my stay because I saw a couple low ratings, I regret that as my experience was pretty good. Maybe those guys got some off nights, I recommend to check it out when its not super busy.

Went to eat breakfast at bob evans after I got my braces removed. I ordered the border scramble omelette, and the omelette came out extremely runny. I reported this to the watress and they made me a new one... Only this one was even runnier! I couldnt even eat it. I called the manager over and he LIED straight to my face. He said it was the "pepper jack cheese, its yellowish". It most definitely was NOT cheese. This was yellow egg liquid that poured out of the center of the omelette. Pepper jack cheese is white with bits of peppers. In fact there wasnt even cheese on the omelette at all! This happened for both of them. I ate only ate one of the corners of the omelette which wasnt runny, as well as the home fries. The waitress was kind but I am astounded that I would get an undercooked omelette twice, and that the manager would lie about it. Overall, I did not leave happy.

Went here for breakfast, they were clearly understaffed as we had to wait for awhile to get seated even though there were plenty of empty tables. We ordered our food and waited awhile before they brought our food out to the table behind us, thankfully the table behind us told them it wasnt their food, so my sister told the waitress that it was our food, when she put the food down she reassured us that the people behind us didnt touch the food. The toast was burnt and so were the homefries. Again had to wait in a long line to pay for our food. Certainly wont be back here any time soon.

Absolutely worst service in Western New York. Went for Mothers Day and after waiting in line for 40 minutes and being told there was no wait we finally were seated and waited another fifteen minutes for a waitress to even ask us for a beverage. When we actually got our food my mother found a HUGE cockroach in her biscuits and gravy!!! Never ever eat here. Manager tried to be apologetic but it seemed very disengenous since at first was only willing to give a coupon off our next visit!! Horrible!!

Bathroom disgusting - inside edges of both toilets caked with particles. Had to go interrupt waitresss conversation with co-worker to be waited on. Pancakes not cooked through. Replacement plate of pancakes came without fork and knife which were taken with 1st plate. Never able to get waitress to come back until I had finished 3/4 of the pancakes with a spoon! Banana bread came ice cold and under cooked. Asked for ice cream with chocolate syrup. Received hot fudge instead.

Our server Rosie was wonderful 15 minute wait for a 1/2 full restaurant to be seated, grossly under staffed, customers walked out after waiting to long, no hostess, manager was bussing tables (seriously), signature dishes (pot roast) frozen so had to change order after waiting 15 minutes. Place looked like a bomb went off as the 3 servers and manager can only do so much. Please get these people the proper help.

Our waitress was very pleasant and accommodating. I had eggs, hash browns, bacon (which I asked for crispy but it wasnt even fully cooked. The waitress took it back but it came out a bit crispy on the end, but mostly just not cooked recently.) And an English muffin. Will restaurants ever use Thomass? Everything else tastes like cardboard. My meal was overall bland.

Comfy, cozy, friendly, clean place to stop and eat. Located right off the Thruway. Staff is courteous and professional. My broiled salmon dinner was cooked to perfection and the big fluffy dinner rolls were served warm so the butter just melts in minutes. Great!!!!

Coffee was weak, ordered tea instead. I never liked this pathetic excuse for a Dennys copy-cat. I only went there cause a friend worked there, food was good but I wouldnt go out of my way to eat there especially with a cracker barrel right next door.

Had a great New Years Day brunch here. They were packed and we has to wait a bit but they were cranking like a well-oiled machine and doing the best they could. Server was friendly and the meal was great. Definitely love Bob Evans!

What a surprise... Delicious breakfast..huge eggs done perfectly, large juicy sausage patties, hash browns that were actually crispy and filled crepes that were NOT Sicky sweet. Great friendly service.

Food is great. Saturdays and Sundays are usually crowded around breakfast and lunch time hours but east places arent isnt. Food is great.
