After reading the reviews I was excited to try a cute neighborhood bistro. The atmosphere was dark décor with bright spot lights, too bright. It felt like a Saturday home improvement show renovated the restaurant. Cheap and thrown together. Service was fine, the food was abysmal. I order the marinated skirt steak (special) med-rare. My wife order penne ala vodka. The skirt steak arrived pre-sliced on top of a mound of runny mashed potatoes with heavily garliced spinach. Steak way was over done, pasta was served with jarred sauce and sweet to the taste. Pass over this place until you see under new management sign.

This place sucks!! My previous employer used this place for our Company Christmas party 2 years in a row. And, because I dont eat meat (I only went to show support for the company) - I had to wait until EVERYONE else had gotten their food and had already started to eat before they would make me a simple plate of pasta. And, I have to say, it sooooo wasnt worth the wait. At least now that the company is closed I will never have to step foot in there again.

Enjoyed a sirloin steak which was slightly over cooked for medium but it was still good. The cut of meat was ok but a little tough. The mushrooms on top were very flavorful. Had the calamari for an app and it was perfect. The chili sauce was great. Although the meal was good i would not return. There are lots of places on long island to eat. Try it out you might like it, you might even love it! The owner and his wife seem very friendly and personable.

The Pomtini is delicious!!! Delicious food, didnt like the chocolate cake because it was flour free. But our waitress warned us! The cheese cake was delicious! Our waitress Julianna was so sweet, and made sure we were all taken care of even though we were outside. The hostess Jenna took very good care of our dog pickles! Brought her out water, whipped cream and even some bread. Will definitely come back for them and the food.

This restaurant is top notch. From the first time we discovered this place, we had an amazingly satisfying night only to be topped by the next visit and the next one after that! The food is amazing, the staff is awesome and the prices are excellent. You really must check it out, I dont ever write reviews but I honestly feel this place deserves to be mentioned.

Place looked nice and clean , I would look for a New chef, the Hanger steak was tough with no favor , my wife got osso Buco ,it was tough also my stuffed potato was old tasting and my wifes potatoes seemed like instant potatoes, this was one of my worst dinners since I got to Long Island. The servers were no better. It sure wasnt worth 75.00 .

Ordered oysters and had a bad one, no big deal it happenes. The owner only took off $1.75 for the bad oyster even though we didnt finish them cause it ruined our appetite. Seemed like he didnt care and wasnt concerned at all. If it were me, Id be bending over backwards. Maybe a drink on the house or something.

One of the best meals I have had in a long time. The crabcake is moist and full of crab. The seafood stew was the best I have ever had. Service is attentive and accommodating. We found this place on our way home. Will absolutely drive 30 minutes east to visit again.

Awesome and friendly. Good live music on a Friday night. Food was great. Its definitely in the rotation. I was a little truamatized by the guy next to me that ordered his Filet Mignon "extra very well done."
