Ive been looking at this place while driving by since it opened a few years ago but never made the time to actually get food. Yesterday was the day! Holy moly! The reviews that gave them top ratings werent enough praise! This is seriously GOOD food. Like the sign inside says, "This is NOT fast food". My first experience was fabulous and has opened my eyes to a great source of Mexican foods. My Black Bean Burrito required two hands to pick it up! Fabuloso! My wife and I will be back to be sure!

This place is awesome! Definitely one of my favorite quick mex stops in the area. The steak burrito is delicious I cant eat one by myself, its huge! I really enjoy the tacos all of the meat choices are great and the ingredients taste so fresh. The only thing I was not pleased with was the bbq pulled pork quesadilla, it wasnt bad but the bbq completely overpowered the rest of the flavors. Would definitely go again!

Menu online is not only horribly formatted, but it does not match the prices they charge when you show up. The food is good but WAYYY overpriced. Ive given this place numerous tries, last time my nachos were as stale as could be, and this time he ripped me off straight to my face. Needless to say, i wont be going back to be gouged anymore.

The menu does not match price or performance. Ive eaten here many times and the counter staff is curt and rude. The owner should address the customer service issues as being spoken to this way is just unappetising. The food has slipped in quality. Salsa Salsa is just down the street, going to try them next time. Dont hire rude people.

We ate here once after overshooting a pit stop. The food was good and generously portioned. It did take a while and they do have signs up about the speed... but lets face it... this type of food does not take long to assemble. And not sure they are cooking to order. I would definitely try it again because speed isnt everything.

When I visit LI its usually one of my favorite stops. This time not so much. Quality seems to have gone down. Protein portions seem to have been decreased. Ordered a shrimp burrito lucky if there were 3 shrimp. On top of it - it didnt even taste fresh. Was sick with three runs 2 days.

These was my favor place for chilli and chips but the taste and the price had changed tremendously. Now they add too much onions and in big pieces, the chips taste different too.They do not offer sour cream with the meal either. What a shame!!!! I dont think I will be back

Aside from the staff not listening to customers as they order but they over charge on every item sold. Menus and billboards say one thing, they ring up another. I will never go back and I wouldnt recommend anyone going there either.....

Nothing better than getting a couple tacos. The Tacos here at Avocados are awesome, made with fresh ground beef. The decor looks cool, with a bit of a retro vibe to it.
