Right by my house, perfect location. However. There was an instance we ordered via drive-thru, & after prior, repetitive mistakes on their part in the past (by same employee), I had the audacity, the utmost nerve to ask her to repeat my order. "Can you tell me what I ordered?" Her response, with unprofessional tone, & matching facial expression, "I dont know." What. My girl got heated at the window, & i decided to roll out and go elsewhere. After coming a different day (again, Right by my house), we spoke with manager about it. Her: "oh, she was just confused." What. Notable attitudes in subsequent visits paired with consistent burnt coffee led me to just avoid this location. Shame. Used to come literally daily

For the love of God KEEP DRIVING!!! I dont care how convenient it looks KEEP DRIVING....WORST ABSOLUTELY THE WORST Tim Hortons I have ever been in, the staff sucks fiercely, they always and I Mean ALWAYS eff up your order, the drive through will make you late and Angry. How badly they screw up your order will make you even angrier..... This place is bad for public safety lets put it that way. Keep us all safe and just keep driving.

The service at this Location has really gone down hill. Employees act unhappy with their job and no-one smiles or greets you anymore. Every order we have placed in the past 2 weeks has been prepared incorrectly, whether it was 1 coffee, or 2 or an added food item or 2, something...if not everything was WRONG. Very disappointing!

Worst service ever!! Just awful.. Long lines that never move.. Took 20 minutes to get two coffees and they were incorrect. . . god forbid you attempt to order food you better be ready to pull around the side and wait. . . or to eat hair.. Just dont do it.. .. .. Take time to drive to another location..

Saturday morning crew is a joke. Seem to be without a manager, as they spend more time socializing amongst themselves than being concerned with providing good customer service. Now I know why theres are so few customers at this location.

Everytime I get coffee at this one they always switch my cream and sugar, even though I always repeat it! Im lactose intolerant so I cant even just suck it up and deal with the 2 creams, itll make me way too sick.

How many employees can stand around and not help customers? One register open on a Sunday morning? Walked out after 12 minutes. In that time they couldnt even manage to serve the one person in front of us.

Have to double check the coffee everytime. They get it wrong everytime. One cream two sugar doesnt mean black. Its not difficult. Service has gone down hill for this location.
