Usually love the ice cream but ordered a Fathers day cake & was furious!! They had no options to choose from so we had to tell them what we wanted. We ordered a week in advance. I tried to call them 9 times the day of pick up to change pick up time but only got a busy signal. Finally went to get the cake and it was NOT what we asked for! Then the guy couldnt even use the machine to split the bill between 2 cards! NEVER ORDERING A CAKE FROM THEM AGAIN! Coldstone, here I come!
