I agree with the other reviewers prior to me. Its a small store packed with hard to find organic and healthy options on the shelves. Theres a lot of choices from gluten free pastas, breads, sweets to organic sandwich spreads, oils, juices and drinks as well as freshly made delicious macrobiotic foods and smoothies. There are supplements galore and personal health products that I dont find many other stores. For example, here are the following that I shop for and find, infant probiotics, Babys Only organic formula, magnesium lotion, progesterone lotion, Natralia eczema cream (works great), soaps, shampoos, nontoxic cleaning agents, grassfed butter, ghee, grassfed beef, hotdogs... The produce could be better only because customers probably dont buy as much so it can sit there for a while. I like the exotic mushrooms and the typical organic fruits such as apples. Sometimes out of convenience I buy from the big chain supermarkets an item that may be available and I feel bad because if all their clients do that then that can make a huge difference towards them staying open as a business. I do want to support small businesses that make a helpful difference to peoples lives. So I will start buying only from them and especially since their prices are already competitively priced and often times cheaper. If they were to go away I would have to travel far to the more expensive Whole Foods store to get everything I need.

Have just discovered this hidden gem for awesome food and am literally at Awe! A phenomenal selection, especially for a local and family-owned store. You can see the love and passion the owners put into the store I usually shop at whole foods and found ALL of my favorite products plus others that Ive never seen before. Havent checked their prepared foods and fresh juices section yet, but it all looked very appealing. On top of everything, very reasonable prices especially if you become a member ( which is a no-brainer). Super happy to support small and local business.

This place is very overpriced if you are not a member. To become a member its $100. Im sorry but this place is not great enough to have a membership. Its tiny and the selection is very limited. Even Whole Foods is a bit cheaper. Depending on where you live youre way better off going to A Matter of Health in Nanuet. Its huge, they have everything and its very reasonably priced.

This place is great! They have stuff for every type of healthy diet you want (paleo, low carb, high protein, etc..) They also have every kind of health supplement you need and its not pricey like GNC. Personally I dont focus on eating healthy but I go in there just because its made fresh on the spot and it tastes amazing. Try some of the wraps or the guacamole hummus.

They have every type of protein powder, grain, pasta, sugar substitute, and supplement that you could possibly imagine. The prices are reasonable. They will help you find exactly what you need! I have never found a place with such a comprehensive supply and helpful people!
