I somehow skipped looking into other users reviews for this Pizza hut location when i started ordering online. This is the worst Pizza hut location I have ever been to. Whatever other users have written below my comment is perfectly true. The stuff out here is totally unprofessional, they are always fooling around inside and the end result being the worst pizza that you can get, I have had burnt overcooked Pizza, missing toppings, basically all of the bad things from this hut. And the excuse has been sorry, we will keep that in mind, please call ahead after you have placed your order online and stuff like that. I always use online ordering because they donot deliver. I always used to wonder when inspite of ordering extra toppings they used to come either less than normal or the same as regular toppings when I enquired and the lady at the counter with a grin said it doesnt come in as Xtra topping in the menu rather the same topping name is printed twice and the chef probably made the mistake of thinking that the user made the mistake and hit the same topping twice (like its even possible). I like Pizza hut pizzas ver much but this particular location is the worst, especially because of these young people in its stuff who are totally ignorant of the customer, the basic etiquettes of management and always fooling round, If you could try avoiding this particular location, I have decided to do that atleast ,, the WORST of all ..

I call this Pizza Hut in South Plainfield to find out if they have delivery. The person who answered the phone couldnt answer the question and placed me on hold then a gentleman answered the phone asked for all my information including my name while having another conversation. I gave him all of my information and he then told me to hold on. The same lady who answered the phone picked up and I told her why I was calling. She then asked for all of my information when I tried to tell her one of her co workers just got all of my information she ignored me and kept asking why I was calling. I gave her all of my information even tho I just gave it to the guy it she then pulls up my address and informed me that they will not deliver to me. Mind you she was having a side conversation as well. I asked if this was the Pizza Hut in South Plainfield and she said yes I then ask why wouldnt they deliver if we are in the same town. Her response well we just dont. So about 5min into waiting and having to repeat myself the answer was No. If I could give this place a negative 5 I would.

I have never been to a worse restaurant location in my life. I have 2 kids and I understand that it is hard to control them sometimes but when you walk into a restaurant and you are stepping over kids riding toys on the way to your table you know things are out of control! The manager and staff were seemingly oblivious to everything despite kids screaming as they rode around on store provided toys and almost broke a rocking horse in one corner of the room! Kids were running in,on and under tables as we sat down to eat! The noise was unbareble and when I went to complain the staff was fooling around in the kitchen area. The place physically was dirty and rugs were ripping apart. No doubt from toys riding all over. When I finally had enough and asked for my food to go, I was told by the manager that he had no paper cups to put our drinks in. Yet our server who was a little sympathetic to our cause was easily able to find take out cups for us. I Would advise anyone to stay as far away from this location as possible.

Hace ya tiempo visitaba el local que se encontraba en Sommerset (mil disculpas si lo escribi mal) pero aparecio una inundacion que nos desalojo de locales y casas y Pizza Hut no regreso y nosotros tampoco, hoy he vuelto a visitar el local de Edison con mucha alegria, lo hice con mis nietos y saborie una sabrosa Pizza con Peperoni, pollito con papitas acompañados por una refrescante Pepsi Cola. Gracias Pizza Hut por seguir elaborando sus variadas clases de Pizzas que hacen las delicias de toda la familia.

The manager that attended me I think his name was Omar or something along that, anyways I asked him where was the rest room and he just said over there and pointed with an attitude. Second we order and took over 5,5 mins for us to get a large pie and a personal pizza. And last we asked if we could have a box to take the rest of the pizza home. And the manager Omar said theres a fee. For a take home box REALLY A FEE SMH.... OVERALL wrost service, the manager dont deserve the title of manager,and a complete waste of time never again that place needs a tune co-workers always on cell phones. The slang and profound language used uncalled for, but what can I say there all kids working in that place. I say this to end in a positive note.................... Yeah nothing comes to mind sad he gotta go....

Like most Pizza Huts that Ive been to in the US, this restaurant has seen better days. The lighting is kept intentionally dim, probably to distract you from the stain filled carpets. The entire place looks like it hasnt had any refurbishment in decades. The wait staff is oblivious and unhelpful, including the people behind the pick up counter. Ive been there three times. Once with my family for a sit down meal. Once for the buffet lunch. And once for take out. I do not think I will be going back. The pizza is standard Pizza Hut fare, but maybe a bit more oily than most. If I get hungry for the "Pizza Hut" taste, I usually just go to the cafeteria section of the local Target (just behind the restaurant, though its about a third of a mile because of the roads).

Nothing Good about this place.. First we were kept on hold for 7 mins when we called. Then when we finally got through to someone who took our order, we had to repeat our order almost twice to get through to them. Finally when we went to pick up our order, we were given extra order of bread sticks which was not charged. After almost 5 mins of explaining that we did not order extra bread sticks, the person behind the counter got it and took it back. The veggie lovers pizza had so many black olives that it almost looked like a black olive pizza. The tomatoes were not cooked and there were no green peppers!! All in all, a very bad experience. Id rather drive a mile more and get my pizza from Dominos instead.

I called ahead, 5 hungry teenagers in tow. When I arrived I was asked if I would like to sit separate- as in at two tables. I reminded them I called ahead for a table for 6 and pre ordered the pizzas, yet nothing was ready. When we ordered another pie, A LOT of time went by. Eventually we were told it was dropped and a new once was in the oven. I appreciated the honesty, but would have liked a lunch eatting and talking instead of seeing just the tops of heads as they passed the time playing games on their cell phones. The pizza is fine, maybe a good take out place if youre a local but I wouldnt go back to eat in unless I was alone with extra time on my hands.
