As of mid August 2015, most orders we place our incorrectly received from the person taking the order down. In one case, a manager, Pete, received our order twice incorrectly and had to send the driver back twice. It should be noted that Pete was not very sincere with his apology. To the owner, The front house-staff are destroying your business. -My compliments to the back house-staff. Here is my initial review: Unfortunately, Young person answering the phone continues to make mistakes receiving orders. When I call I just ask for the manager and everything is done correctly. Young person answering phone seems kind...hope that she is given a little more support from the staff to successfully receive and further communicate the order to the food prep. staff. Best bang for the buck in the greater Sayreville area! -Former Restaurant Manager

April 27, 2016 So I purchased a large pizza with onions. Little did I know that they charge an additional $3.00 for topping, which would be okay if there were actual sliced onions on the pie. When I got home and opened the pie I was floored to see that the onions were diced (scarcely on pizza). How can a pizza place charge the same price for any topping? How can you charge the same price for onions on pizza and pepperoni on pizza. Im sure the onions were purchased next door at the farmers market (which a 2 lb bag of onions usually cost $0.89). I can assure you that there was not even a ONE WHOLE onion on that pizza pie. Sorry to say, although I do love their pizza, I will never order from them again. AT this point its all about the principal. I called Pronto Pizza to confirm all of this before writing this post

Pizza is disgusting. It looks nice if u go in at lunch time by the display. But anytime u order a whole pie for dinner or takeout n i tried many its always bad. Cheap ingredients. I ordered chix marsala pizza n was not chix marsala i called to complain n the sarcastic mgr told me it was the best marsala he ever made!!!! I will never go back. 42$ wasted in a pie n a salad that was also crap. Truly dissapoointed on more then 1 occasion. Thats it 4 me....i trying to find a new local pizzeria 4 my cheat day.

Lots of pizzerias in the area, but, few are good. I was in here for the first time this past week and all I can say is wow, pizza heaven. I had to restrain my self to only get two slices. Their rolls, Stromboli, and other baked goods all looked and smelled amazing too. Everything was fresh and looked like it came from fresh ingredients. I cant wait until i am working in the area again, Ill plan my day around stopping here for lunch.

This is the 3rd time weve physically gone into Pronto and ordered and received the wrong order. If the younger workers would stop talking to their friends for 5 minutes to properly take an order...we may have gone back again. Weve called twice and received the wrong order too. I love the calzones here... but 5 times with an order to be prepared incorrectly is way too many times in my book. Bye Bye Pronto!

There pizza and rolls are good. I had the hot antipasto everything was way over stuffed with ricotta and the mussels and clams were overcooked. Had a fish entree, you could tell the fish was not fresh. Will not be getting anything but there pizza or rolls

Ordered one of the entrees and was delivered salad and sauce. Called back and was told choice of salad or pasta. Who puts pasta sauce on SALAD??? I paid 16.00 for some sauce and a salad, had to make my own pasta!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

Pronto has the best tasting pizza in the area. From regular plain to the deep dish specialty pizzas, everything is really good. All of the guys are friendly and the prices are fair for the quality of the food. Only place I order pizza from.

Ive been going in there a lot lately, and the food is always great! The gourmet deep dish pizzas are off the charts! The margarita pizza is awesome, dinners a great, and you get a ton of food. And the staff in there are always cool.
