Ordered coffee last month - it arrived promptly the day after they shipped (which happened to be the same day it was roasted). I ordered their Honduran and Guatemalan coffees (whole bean) - loved them both. We had a couple over for dinner a couple of weeks ago and each commented on how good the coffee was after dinner. Wednesday I ordered and today I received (Friday) a pound of Guatemalan and Costa Rican Coffee - Ill try to post another review after I have sampled this batch. Keep it up radical Rooksters - Its good stuff!!! I love supporting local (in this case NJ) businesses.

Rook is my savior!!! Iced New Orleans is the way to go. And add one of the amazing peanut butter sandwich cookies too. Holly is one of the owners and is there a lot, and she rocks. all the servers get to know the locals, and makes each visit a great experience. The coffee is unlike anything Ive had before, and Rook really understands that coffee brewing is a craft. Its just delicious, and I drive over 30 minutes to get my cup. Its just that good.

Im looking for exotic coffee made by people who love the bean and have some heavy qualifications to roast and brew coffee.If I were looking for Bernie Madoff to roast & serve me coffee Id be a regular here.I think theres a guy under a bridge somewhere who brews and roasts coffee by the cup which I tend to prefer over a stock broker but I still wouldnt consider him a fair representative of the specialty coffee movement.

I live down the street and ride by everyday! The aroma is amazing....I had to go in, even though the traffic was crazy I was willing to give it a try. It was a pleasure to meet Holly, she explained the different styles and tastes. I go several times a week now and still have not found my favorite because everyone I have tried has been awesome, hot or cold!!! Charlene, All Pools & Spas, Oakhurst.

Cute, tiny little shop in the back of a parking lot. Waiting for coffee, theres just enough space for maybe you and 3 other customers to stand shoulder-to-shoulder. This place is the best option for coffee in the area. Definitely beats the Starbucks up the road on West Park and Rt 35. The staff here is also very friendly.

Worst service ever! I used to be a loyal customer for over a year until this morning. Your employees cater to the Jews of Brooklyn rather than the loyal customers who buy coffee all year round. I was refused service and will never return to this Rook (and perhaps the others as well) ever again.
