Last summer, around the beggning of June, before this place even opened, I applied for a job as a waiter (literally the first person to apply here). I was told that they where in need of a staff and would contact me once the restaurant opened in month. Well August rolls around and I give them a call. The owner says "come in and help me setup the restaurant ". I say to myself ok I guess its safe to assume I got the job. I helped the owner setup the restraunt for 5 hours, cleaning sliver ware, setting tables, cleaning tables, etc. He then tells me to get a red shirt and black tie, so safe to assume I got the job after waiting all this time and helping him out. Wrong. This guy literally used me to help him setup his restaurant, didint pay me for it, then tells me after I had bought the shirt and tie that "Im good for right now". All this after being the first person to apply here, following up numerous times, setting up his place for him for free, and buying the attire. Not only that but, he had waited to tell me in August that he wasent going to hire me when I had to got to school in September (and he knew that). I was used, screwed out of a job, and screwed for getting hired by another place because no one will hire an employee for a month. Im in shock by how this guy used me and treated me, seems like all he cared about was lying to my face them using me for free help. I havent been back here since then and have no idea how the food is or what not but I just thoght everyone should know what kind of guy runs this place.

For those that were fans of le Bistro, Ilir and his father Tischi have brought back our favorite restaurant in Oak Ridge. The food is as awesome as always. You wont leave disappointed or hungry.
