Horrible self check out experience. Scanning items kept saying wait for assistance. Employee wearing a arm sling was helpful at first. As problem continued with checkout experience this employee mistook my unhappy venting with experience personally. Accused me of yelling at her which was not true. She kept arguing with me instead of obtaining the store manager to discuss the problem with checking out. Then she kept making comments as I was leaving the store which was truly unprofessional. As I walked out to the parking lot this same employee sent another worker toward the doors leaving the store to harass me by jeering at me and waving at me with an obscene gesture. Unbelievable. Dont want to shop at this supermarket again.

Between Weiss and Shoprite (next door) I use Weiss as my primary grocery store for a few reasons 1.) Better prices with club card 2.) Shorter lines and faster checkout 3.) Functional and quick "Self checkout" 4.) Friendly service and staff While I generally buy my meats from Hayecks or Sussex Meat packing, the produce is somewhat better (generally speaking) at ShopRite than at Weiss, but overall, I prefer both the parking situation and the shopping layout at Weiss for 90% of my basic grocery needs

Better produce selection than the Shop Rite next door, and less crowded, so checkout is much faster. Unfortunately the meat and seafood offerings here are disappointing. The selection of organic meats is extremely limited. I dont think Ive ever bought first here, because the prices arent particularly good, and the fish selection has never tempted me at all. You can find all your grocery staples here, but nothing sets it apart from any average supermarket.

First Im happy because they always have a disabled spot open for me. Second they carry everything I like that A&P has discontinued. And their sales are great! I just spent $35 today and saved $31! Dont know where else that will ever happen! A&P has lost me and Franklin Weiss has found me. Shoprite never has disabled parking available for me. Thanks.

A very clean store, staff is very helpful. A very good selection and a lot of buy 1 get 1 free sales. Definitely a lot less hectic than Shoprite on the weekends!! What holds this store back is always a lack of registers open and the bagging of groceries is honestly atrocious.

Always clean...courteous staff...prepared foods, fruits and vegetables are far superior to Shop Rite...weve used the catering department for numerous occasions and would compare it to Kings or Wegmans

The only thing it has going for it is that its open 24 hours a day, so if you need something in a pinch its great, but its very under staffed, which leads to less than friendly employees.
