I am a 69 year old senior citizen from Down Neck Newark. My younger days were spent working in a pizzeria down neck where there is a pizza parlor on every other corner. The other day I was pleasantly surprised to see the owner on a ladder scrubbing the vents and walls and wiping down the ceiling. No surprise as the dining room is just as immaculate. I am no stranger to good pizza and this is the best Ive found in the area and the service is just as good. Try their Brooklyn pizza (well done) you wont be disappointed.

Went here last night on our way home, we live in central jersey! So far ride home. Anyway they had the best eggplant rolltini I ever had! The bread was the beat! Great salads!! ! Prices were reasonable for.the amount of food.they give you!! The people who work there were so nice!! Thanked us for coming in, appreciated us eating there. I could not belive how nice and friendly they were. I usually dont write reviews on places I couldnt wait to write this review!!!!

terrible food, unbearable service, Brittany the female owner is outrageously rude to customers, including talking about them to other customers, and god forbid you give them a bad review, they will literally have their staff harass you and call you names. Stingy pizzas that are tasteless, pastas that are worse than store bought, and heads up, the menu doesnt always list the right ingredients so if you have allergies beware. Worst restaurant experience in my life.

The food at this place is about as good as the service. I went in, placed an order and was told that it would be 20 minutes. After waiting 20 minutes, I went back in only to find that they never made the order. The owner, who was standing there, heard the conversation and did nothing. No apology, no explanation, nothing. Avoid this place, its arrogant owner, and support business that value customers and provide food that is something more than just average.

Just know that if you order delivery/takeout your food WILL be soggy. No question. 100%. They seriously dont know how to package their food. Even McDonalds knows not to put french fries in sealed plastic containers. Theyre also just generally unfriendly. It kind of feels like your imposing on their space when you come in. Their bread and Italian wedding soup are A+ though. Glittering diamonds in a rubble of soggy panini and sad sad chicken parm.

Two stars only because their employees seem sweet. The food is just consistently gross- Improperly made pizza, burned garlic knots and mozzarella sticks. Then I saw how inappropriate the person handling their social media is. Very immature. There are way better pizzerias around and this is NJ so I guarantee youll find better food within 5 miles of Villa Capri.

I keep going back in the hopes that it will get better. But it never changes. The owner is extremely rude to his employees and although he helps them out, the thought that he has such an attitude in front of his customers is enough to turn me away.. Very dissapointed.

Catered a dinner and it was delicious! The female manager was delightful to work with and the delivery guy arrived on time and set up everything. Being from NYC, I am picky about my Italian food, and everything was tastey and fresh! I would order again!

Villa Capri is a restaurant you must stop in if passing through Sparta! Excellent food all around and Great Service! If youre a Pizza Lover this is the place to go and Chicken Parm you cant stop eating!! Villa Capri is the Best for Italian food!

We eat here alot when we are in town for the local horse show and for the past few years the food is always great and the staff has always been friendly, I highly recommend if you like Italian food to give them a try!

Food is average but after seeing how much of an attitude the owner has I will not return. While waiting to pick up my pizza he put on a show for everyone screaming at one of his employees. Completely unprofessional
