Have been coming here for breakfast..and the food is awesome. We figured we would try it for dinner, wont do that again. Waited almost 45 min for our soup and salad, then almost another 45 min for our meal. Server tells us she is super busy, not to busy to be giggling and talking with the other waitreses. Finally get our food and the plates are fire hot and the sauce was crusted over on the top from being under the light way too long. Very disappointing. I was a waitress for over 10 years so I understand when things dont go right, but this just wasnt cool. Oh then the lady at the desk asks how was everything, I told her and she just shrugs and say sorry. Yeah well sorry didnt bring back the fact she also cost us the plans we had with family. Hope the food stays good because all those sorrys will eventually add up if you dont really mean it. We really think at this point we wont be back and will not recommend it to anyone else ever again. Horrible service and management that doesnt care.

Whoooo-boy, what a diner! Currently, our diner of choice. I start by reviewing the three specials on the blackboard as I enter. Half the time, I end up with one of those. Otherwise, check out the so-called "Mini-Meals". (Theyre everything BUT mini!) The specials are great. The breakfast is great. The hot sandwiches are fabulous. Just about everything comes with a cup of soup, and we havent had bad soup of any kind here. The "bread" is usually a basket of fresh cornbread, zucchini bread, carrot bread, cheese rolls and cinnamon rolls - we save some for dessert that night or soon thereafter. And the portions? Lets just say youre most likely gonna need boxes... Sometimes the specials come with the "cake of the day". Tip: ask which is the cake of the day early in your meal. They run out, so if the current cake is one you like, have your waiter/waitress tuck one aside for you. Enjoy!

Had to eat here two nights in a row because the choices in the area are not at all bountiful. Very crowded had to wait for a table which we thought was good indication. Service: Waitress slow and not too friendly, Waiter was slow but extremely friendly. Food: At first the HUGE menu is impressive but it is just overwhelming, I mean hundreds of things to pick from. It was just too much Soups were good both nights. First night dinner was ok, 2nd night it was awful DO NOT GET THE MEATLOAF. Place is clean. Bottom line big menu = not a high quality item and dont expect fast service. Oh and when we paid the 2nd night the young girl at the register was so overwhelmed with taking names and collecting money she was not nice, mumbling under her breath and rude to incoming customers

My wife and I ate lunch here following a visit to the Columbus Farmers Market. Our meals were very good, the vegetables were fresh and not steamed to death and our waitress was a doll, but that women (Atilla the Hun) who walked us to our table has to go. My wife tried to make a little conversation with her as we were being seated and this woman made it very clear that she wanted no part of it. We watched as she treated all patrons in this manner. As we were exiting, my wife happened to ask one of the waitresses if this woman was having an especially bad day and the response was that she is always like this and we have to report to her.

Havent been there for a few months, so I went last night and ordered their spagetti with meat sauce, as I had it before and it was good. NOT THIS TIME. What I got was ground beef with onions and all the grease that was produced over a bowl of spagetti. Instead of complaining, like a damn fool, I ate it. Biggest mistake of my life. Ive been sick all night and Im spending the day visiting my toilet. Dont know what has happened to this diner. Maybe a new chef or a lazier chef or he handed it off to one of the helpers in the kitchen, but Im miserable. Today I would not recommend this diner to anyone.

Found this place on the heels of a storm, because no one else was open. My wife and I were pleasantly surprised to find it a high quality local dinner. More options than Ive seen at a local joint, entrees come with a basket of in house bread varieties (banana, carrot, cinnamon, cream cheese and I think one more, when I was there) that are worth the trip by themselves. Portions are huge, people are polite and pleasant to deal with. Pandora is still only a diner, but I think they raise the bar. Quality, variety and great service. Worth checking out.

I love this place! It was the first time my family and I have been here. The Greek salad, which I paid a dollar more with the mini meal, was delicious! The dressing was perfectly made! The choices of bread was very good too! Not too sweet. The chicken pizziola was so good, it was like ordering food from a really expensive restaurant. The prices were only slightly higher than the diner we usually went to, but the food was many times better! Now I know why its been highly recommended by some family and friends.

My wife and I have stopped at this diner several times since they opened the remodel and have yet to order something we dont like. We have been here for breakfast, lunch and diner, different days of the week and found it is worth stopping here. I have even stopped here just for the soup, it is outstanding. Service has always been good with a little understanding for normally really busy nights. Prices for what you get is really reasonable, I have and will continue to recommend the Pandora Diner to everyone.

Not bad, but not shining. The server seemed okay- slightly unhelpful but not rude. The food was good- definitely surprised by the EXTENSIVE 5+ page menu. (as if that wasnt enough there was a menu inside of the menu with another 100+ items- were not from around these parts and most diners have a limited {compared to this} menu) The portions were large and you will NOT leave here hungry. For 2 adults and one child to eat it was around $40 (just to give perspective). Overall okay- probably wont return.

Prices cant be beat, I always have enough left overs for another meal. Best of all, weve been going there since they opened. Got to know some of the servers enough that it feels like going to a relatives home! We try to avoid "rush hours" so we dont have to wait for a table. Few times we miscalculated we waited instead of going somewhere else. In all the years weve been going there, I can honestly say there was only one meal I didnt like. Highly recommend.

I would drive out of my way to eat here again. The menu said mini meal. I had more food than 2 people could have eaten. The chicken and pasta was excellent. The salad was fresh. The waitress asked if I wanted bread and I got banana bread, carrot bread,a cinnamon roll a cheese roll, corn bread and a white roll. Included Desert and the cake was to die for. Definatily one of the best places I have ever rated at and reasonably priced.
