Very good food but due to repeated abysmal service will not go there again. They give you a time frame, but dont seem to even start cooking your food until you arrive - always a 20-30 minute wait AFTER the time given. EVERY time weve ordered for more than one or two people, and have clearly and concisely given our order, we have been shorted some significant part of our order. We are never given a receipt or even the menu with the items ordered checked off so if you return, they insist they didnt charge you for what was missing and want to charge you again. This has happened at least 3 times, but keep going there at elderly parents insistence. This is the final time, I will refuse to go there ever again, and will warn everyone I know about them too.

2 Star. The females that work at this establishment have to be the rudest I have ever met. Either on the phone or in person for pickup, they are just nasty. Milltown/East Brunswick doesnt have a wide selection, so you are at the mercy if you crave Chinese crap. But beware. They have zero social skills. Just rude, and speak in Chinese when you are trying to talk to them and ask anything. 2 Star solely cuz the food wasnt that bad. Typical Chinese take out, but they women there. Geez. Like the other guy, I got home once, after pickup, to find the order some one elses in my pickup bag. I called back, and the lady pretended to not understand my English ????

I ordered lunch takeout here and the worker at the register was so rude. My friend and I are allergic to gluten and he asked for chicken and vegetables NO SAUCE. Mind you he comes to this place like every week. I asked to have the same. She screwed up and gave us sauce, and then had the guts to yell at us for not asking for no sauce when we did and she just messed up. Then, she had the nerve to rinse the vegetables and chicken in a little water and just re-steam them and give it back to us. WHEN YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY YOU CANT JUST WASH IT OFF WITH WATER.

We used to order from them but last time I tried to order over the phone but the speaker was so rude she did not give me any chance to confirm the order with her and at the end unpolitly she hang up on me . If there is a zero star I would give it them .

Love the food here. Been coming for years. Best chinese place in the area. I brought some General Tso and fried rice for my former boss who is Taiwanese, and he really liked it. A chinese guy who likes their food says something.

Been getting food here for over 10 years. Not fancy chinese food, just decent. But good for takeout. Service is good. The ladies working there are Friendly. Never been rude to me. Maybe its how one treats them???
