Here is the actual complaint!!!! Hi my name is Ama and I have been a customer of your company for almost two years. That is until today. Yesterday, I placed an order # 19997. My order showed a balance of $ 11.55 with a $1.00 delivery charge that had been added. Once your driver arrived the amount was different and I also noticed a $1.00 gasoline charge. After taking a few seconds to notice this, I then wrote N/A on the tip line, signed the receipt and handed it to the delivery man. During this time there was another person handing me money for this order also. I mentioned this because I was going to use the cash from my co worker for the tip. Before I could your delivery guy blurted out in a very angry tone “NO TIP”!!!!, then he made a series of unrecognizable sounds before storming out, but not before he could turn his head and give me the evil >:-( eye. When I called your establishment today to explain his behavior; your employee interrupted me to ask “but why you no give him a tip”. With that I have made the decision to NEVER again place an order from your company. I will instead order from King Chef just up the road. If you care about your company, its reputation or the bottom line “Profits” then you will take the time to educate/ train your staff on hospitality and the negative effects of poor customer service. The young man on the phone stated that maybe I experienced this because your delivery person does not speak English very well. I would like your staff to know that they have come to a very wonderful country that welcomes and respects all individuals. Furthermore, some people tip in cash to prevent discrepancies. I would like to know if you make a habit of hiring employees that cannot speak English and then subjecting your customers to the mercy of their limited understanding. As an American, an employee and a human being I realize that my behavior reflects more than my own character. Your delivery driver, as well as, the person that you hired to answer the phone has, in my opinion, communicated that the owner does not pay his staff enough money so they have to intimidate the tips out of the customers or at the very least no one really cares and that Shogun Wok has no standards. Either way your staff has put an end to my patronage and I will tell any and every co worker to beware of your nasty delivery guy with the evil eye. >:- ( Ama A.

It was the worst experience with Asian food I have ever ate the order was three spicy tuna rolls with tempura and sirachia mayonnaise one California roll one quart of wonton soup and four shrimp spring rolls it took an hour and forty five minutes and I live fifteen minutes away the sushi was disgusting no tempura no sirachia mayo and when calling back the person on the line said we were wrong and then changed that the tempura was inside the rolls and continued to argue finally stating he would give ten dollars off our next order… since the food was sub par we called and asked ten dollars off this order we were returned with since it was a cc over the phone we would only receive five back… DO NOT EAT HERE THEY ARE ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER AND THERE FOOD IS NOT WORTH THE HASSLE I GAVE IT ONE STAR BECAUSE THE DELIVERY PERSON WAS NICE
