I didnt eat at this establishment but I had an issue with the upkeep. I have ibd and when I asked if they had a bathroom they told me only for customers (nj establishments have to make their facilities open to people who come in with an "eligible medical condition" including ibd). I know that this is a normal thing to see but if youre going to make someone pay to use your bathroom the least you could do is clean it, and stock it with soap, paper towels and toilet paper. And theres a sign that says "employees must wash hands" yeah well Id love to know how thats happening without any soap (there was a spot for a soap dispenser on the wall but no actual dispenser). Im disgusted.

Its a new place with summer diner-style furnishings for the shore. Owner and service was very friendly. Food was great in authentic NY-style. I ordered the 3pc fried chicken & lamb gyro meals (w/fries) - the latter my favorite. :) Both were cooked fresh and hot. Location is convenient to Ocean Blvd (Presidents Park) for a nice picnic on the beach.

The chicken was dry and old. I guess frying chicken isnt as easy as some people think. Just cause u own a restaurant doesnt mean u can cook.
