Really nice place for lunch or dinner. Gets a a little crowded but has lots of seating. Parking lot can accommodate enough vehicles but it is in a strip mall so spaces fill up fast. Owner is very friendly and always is there. Lunch deals are fantastic. The Chinese food and the Sushi are both top notch. I usually get the hot tea and water for beverages. If you like it spicy like I do ask for the hot chili oil on the side. It goes great with the soups and meals. Prices are competitive and the decor really looks great albeit some may find it dark for lunch but dinner may feel more romantic. When Im in Ewing I usually come here for lunch with friends.

The sushi here is without a doubt the best in the area. I have been living here a while and have made it my mission to try out every sushi place within reasonable distance and none have come close. The ingredients are very fresh, the sushi is varied and reasonably priced. The only minor problem I have is the atmosphere, which is not very nice. The interior looks kind of cheap and tacky with like diner tables and chairs, but i dont even notice because the food and service are so good.

Ive been going to this place for the past couple of years at least once every month as I live and work in the neighborhood, and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, Im not much into Sushi, so cant comment about it. That said, Ive tried almost every other item on the menu and always came out satisfied. Food has always been good, the staff polite and friendly, a clean dine-in area and fair price. Ill go here again.

While the atmosphere leaves something to be desired the food is top notch. The sashimi is excellent, both fresh and great tasting. Their special maki rolls are very good also, with the sweat heart roll being my favorite. It is the roll that got me started on sushi in general and a great first roll for non sushi eaters to start with. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful.

I ordered the chicken teriyaki bento box and was given the chicken teriyaki lunch special, or rather what was supposed to be chicken teriyaki. The chicken was not at all teriyaki and tasted horrible. The only part of my meal that was good was the egg drop soup. I will most likely not be ordering from here again.

I have had the sushi here a handful of times, all as carry-out orders. The sushi has always been fresh and clean. Sure, its a bit smaller than the average roll and perhaps on the more expensive side, but you get what you pay for. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Best sushi ever. We will not eat sushi anywhere else. Sushi is always fresh. Staff is very friendly. Tony the owner is great, always willing to help explain dishes to a newbie to the sushi world, and always making sure everyone is satisfied and happy.

Ive never had a bad experience here. I eat here at least 3-5 times a month and I am never disappointed. In my opinion, it is the best sushi in Mercer County. I highly recommend East Sushi! Give it a shot! Speaking of shots, its a BYO. Enjoy!
