How can a bread store be out of bread?I just placed my order and after a long wait the waiter came up to my table to announce that they were out of flat bread. Then, I just said to keep my order and bring any toasted bread as long it had all the filling that my initial order had. Result: they brought me a bread with cheese! Also, no completed because they did not bring the pastry that I ordered! Ps. I ordered a barbecue chicken flat bread! If you have chance, go to another Panera bread because the crew in Englewood has mastery in mess up even a glass of water that you may come to order. Stay away from this place!

잉글우드 루트 4 선상에 최근에 생긴 곳. 간판모양이 조금 낯설었음. 워낙에 버겐센터 몰 맞은 편 지점이 별로라서 앞으로는 이쪽으로 올 예정. 특별히 서비스가 더 좋다거나 입지가 훌륭하다는 생각은 들지 않는다. 몇번 더 가 볼 예정.

For a new place I was quite satisfied , Everyone was very nice and the service was excellent .. Food was very good and tasty and the drive thru is a plus ... The place was quite clean when I walked in .. My only reason I didnt rate a 5 star rating the bathroom needed some attention and there was some potato chips on the floor in front of me ... But overall I had a very pleasant experience here..

The food is like any other functioning Panera but the service is TERRIBLE . The place has been open for a while now and they mess up my order every single time. I rather go to a panders 10 miles away when this one is about 3 miles away. The only person that seems to know what their doing is the manager. I do plan on coming back to this Location after today.

Nice location, friendly staffs but they need more trainings to keep up with the one in the Rt. 17 Paramus nearby. Tables are sticky and definitely need more cleanings. You could not use the gift cards stored on the mobile phone to pay at the cash register without knowing the PIN was annoying. But the mobile order and order from the table worked great.

This Panera is perfectly located on the eastbound side of route 4 and is a great stop on your way into the city. I placed my order on their kiosk which was quick and simple. I was also surprised as how quickly my meal was prepared and brought out to me. The staff was polite and friendly. I would definitely recommend this Panera location.

Drive thru panera is a great way to grab quality food on the go. The salads are great especially that new strawberry poppyseed chicken salad. The Mac and cheese is to die for and sandwiches and soups are a staple of good eating. Ample dining area and seen a few people outside playing cards and other games.

Its always a great experience. My food is always made fast and correctly. I am always greeted as soon as I walked into the door and the girl who makes my sandwich ,Ashley, always makes sure that my order is correct even after its already checked on.

Great location, but more of a Panera kiosk then the full restaurant. They cannot accommodate small catering orders. Make 4 salads for 11:30am pickup cant do it, sorry. If you want the normal Panera experience go to one of the main locations.
