This gym is right next to my work, so its very convenient for me! I think they opened up two months ago? But everything is brand new, its huge! Since its so new, not many people are working out when Im there, which is at 5PM. The most people Ive seen there after work is about 7 people, which is great so youll have a lot of space to work out and you dont have to wait for any machines because theres so many. They have a huge aerobics room, a yoga room and spin room. Theres also a large open space for stretching, punching bags, etc. They are big flat screen TVs everywhere! Its so clean here! The mens room has a pretty decent size sauna. Theres no free towel service, but you can purchase a towel. Theyre also building a small food court, which is supposedly opening pretty soon. Currently, there are no classes going on because so few people attend here. The staff is very friendly and courteous. Im always greeted with a nice hello smile and a how are you? Jarrod is the guy who showed me around. Hes real cool and nice. I love this gym!

Not a very flexible membership. I wanted to freeze the gym membership of my 2 college students for 6 months while they were away and the owner refused to freeze the membership for more than 3 months. What college student only goes away for 3 months? Im canceling the membership of my whole family now because I do not want to support a gym that cant accommodate to the needs of my family. When canceling last week I was informed by the owner that my card will continue to be charged for 2 months or 60 days as a standard cancellation policy. This is not a gym that is flexible to the financial needs of the growing community that surrounds it. Who can afford to pay for a service they know they are not going to use these days?

Can you get any slower and disorganized?! The place is always packed around lunch, as its located in the center of a business park. The food is decent, and I keep going back for the convenience of walking next door to grab lunch. But it never fails that your order is forgotten at least once, maybe twice if youre really unfortunate, or the computer is broken, or you called in your lunch so you wouldnt have to wait but what do you know, they lost the order...again. Youd think if its so busy everyday they would work a system out by now. I wouldnt recommend eating here unless you also work in the business park.

These people are HORRIBLE! They lack professionalism on ALL levels! They are not only rude to their employees but to their customers as well. They cant even get an order right. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! The food tastes like garbage, they lack customer service on any level, and I even watched them treat their cook like a piece of garbage, when he was running around doing 4 different jobs. One girl even yelled at him for taking orders because she couldnt be bothered to do her job! Piece of advice: SAVE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND STAY AWAY FROM THERE!

his gym closes whenever they feel like it. And they wont post it on their website, their phone voicemail, or their entrance door. So you actually have to drive there for yourself to see if they are open or close. Most of the staff is rude. Best part you cant have gatorade with you while you workout. (gimme a break). i have been with them for almost 3 years and there have been more than 15 times when I went to the gym and they are closed during normal operating hours. Im getting rid of my membership.

I love the food. Ive tried the fit salad and I usually get the Oaxaca wrap. Its located in Raritan center with a bunch of other companies so it gets really busy during lunch time just like any other food business. The reviews mentioning bad service might be from annoying customers who probably walk in during lunch time when its really packed and expect to get food in ten minutes. Order ahead of time, its common sense. If you go before or after the lunch time wave, the service is fine.

A very bad experience this health club. They closed the health club in Edison at Talmadge road and asked people there to come to the next town for the only club they wee keeping open. They never refunded any of the amount paid including the last month that was paid. The rude lady that called me told me that I have a 60 day notice period. Excuse me, I didnt leave you. You closed it. How is the 60 day notice applicable here. Just pure horrible customer service.

Went to find out information (I currently go to Retro Fitness and was looking for a change). Incredibly rude lady at the front desk "no, I cant help you, sales isnt in until 10, come back then). No "good morning how are you," absolutely nothing at all. Then the sales rep was "gone for the day" when I called back at 11:00!!! It is no wonder the parking lot is always empty. Change your attitude and maybe people will join.

Food is good enough but they cant get the orders right during lunch rush. If youre going here for lunch, dont call ahead for more than 2 people otherwise theyll mess up.
