Poor customer service. I will never, ever go back to this location. I has giving the task to order for about 15 people. Doing so online was great. Since, it was a long order I made a special request on all tacos that TOPPINGS be placed on the side. Once, I was done placing my order, online. I called Menlo Chipotle to advise if this could be done and if I was doing to be able to pick up with in an hour. I was very surprised that my order had been submitted and attendant advised that 1 hour pick up was fine. Also,wanted to ensure that the request of the toppings be placed on the side, would be ok? She mentioned that they where not too busy and that request would be just fine. I arrived to pick up my order and wow, it was ready to go. I was provided with big bags to carry all my items. When I get back to the office..I am missing all of the meats that go inside of each taco..a pair of three. I received three small size containers of 1 steak and 2 chicken. Each small container was to fill all three tortillas. I was missing 9 sides of meat....I called Chipotle and I was given to the manager. I mentioned what had occurred and i got nothing, no apology. He provided me w only two options, 1. i was to go back and pick up what was obviously not forgotten to give me...or get credit. I said I have some very hungry people here....I drove back to pick up the balance and again no apology or yeah let me make this better...I got nothing.....POOOOOOOOOR customer service. I excepted more from Chipotle since i spent over $200 bucks on a cold as lunch. Horrible experince

I am utterly upset with this location and the management. This is the second time that they have not made my order on time or at all. I ALWAYS order online on the app and this time THEY DID NOT EVEN MAKE IT. I placed my order at 12:00PM to pick it up at 12:30. I was nice enough to come at 12:50 because I knew they were busy. I came to pick it up and they were looking for it for 5 minutes and they did not even make it. I was outraged by the management because they CANNOT work properly at all. The manager over there knew I was upset and they did not do anything. The first time Ive waited 30 minutes because they were backed up, which I have forgiven. This time they did not even make my order to begin with and the pick up section was not busy at all. I have left Google Reviews as well upon this Chipotle in Menlo Mall because it has been the worst experience I have ever had for service. The other Chipotle are much more faster, friendlier, and professional. This is the same response I have sent to corporate.

The staff used to be so nice before but now theyre just so rude. This girl barely put corn in my chipotle so I asked her to put a bit more and she made a weird face. Not only that...they kept rolling their eyes when I asked for things. If you dont like working, dont work. Dont Ruin others days. It was some blonde girl who made the faces and rolled her eyes. They need to get their act together. Because I go to chipotle all the time and this is the worst service Ive ever had.

love the food..I deducted two stars because 1) the portions are getting smaller. 2) I had ordered a sofritas for myself and a chicken bowl for my husband. guess what- the server carelessly let a few pieces of chicken fall in my bowl while adding to the chicken bowl. I realized that after eating the two pieces. I had to throw away my bowl after that.

This was one of the karma days. I walked in having a great day and had the best attitude ordering my food. The ladies were sweet, patient and beautiful by the way. As i ahared my love of cheese. By the time I made it to checkout my food was on the house. To top it off, it was delicious. Best visit to any chipotle ever. :)

Really horrible place.. dealing customers really bad... billing guy was training to some girl and I have no idea, he took 5-8 minutes for my transaction and charged me twice... hello billing guy... you need to get trained first? Charging people twice for the same order with one receipt confirmation

Good service, best fresh food ever for a few bucks. People giving 3 stars or less are the cheap ass people that complain for everything, that place is always crowded for a reason and if you dont like to wait or the portion they give you for $7 dont go there and shut up!

Massive burritos and braised tofu are just two of the things that keep me up all night dreaming of chipotle. I work at a Tex-Mex restaurant but these burritos are half the price and way higher quality ingredients. Im now hungry just from thinking about it!

Inconsistent service and very little value. One tiny scoop of meat and rest is rice and beans for $8+ It should be 1/2 the bowl of meat. Thai kitchen across the other side gives you a ton of meat for same price. Very stingy place.

Always check your online orders in store before leaving. Found beans twice in my chicken bowl when I never selected them to begin with, found out the hard way after driving home only to be disappointed, ruined the whole meal.

The only thing saving this is CHIPOTLES RECIPE. Besides that, the employees are very ghetto ALSO They slop your food. they are rude and unfriendly. They do act like the customers are a bunch of bums. I wont be coming back

This is the smallest amount of food Ive ever gotten from any Chipotle. They gave extremely small portion sizes. Im not even exaggerating when I say they sprinkled 5 pieces of lettuce on top. Definitely would not recommend.

Normally, everything at this Chipotle is fine, but today the brown rice was totally uncooked...They didnt have sour cream and lemons available.....I guess when its busy, their management and quality goes down.

Worst chipotle I have been too yet. Meat smells funny. Burnt food. Rude staff and I found a hair in my food multiple times. I would never recommend this chipotle unless you would like food poisoning.

Best in the Edison Piscataway New Brunswick area. There food and service is on point. Despite being busy they have exceptional service. The manager is really nice and professional.

Slowest even when ordered on the app. Had me waiting for 30 minutes and I was irritated. The service is so slow and the employees cannot work together as they looked confused.
